On a road trip was in need of food that wasn't fast food. This place Mexican food is great. I'm from so cal and you would think the Mexican food would be better. But this place taste better than Mexican food I have had in Los Angeles and San Diego. If your in green river don't waster time looking for other places just come here. Very friendly staff and come on support local family owned restaurants with good food. Look at my photo I cleaned that plate.

Decent lunch option if you are in a pinch. They didn't have several things on the menu available, and it seemed to be one person running the whole restaurant. On the other hand the restaurant was clean and the food was not bad. A bit pricey, a bit greasy. The waitress was nice though and it wasn't a bad experience. Probably the best part was the sign that said "people who order food must pay for it". Seems like a threat!! lol

We came here on our way from Goblin Valley States Park to Moab. We wanted some Mexican food. The service was good but the food was mediocre. The chicken was a real yellow color and had a little bit of an odd taste to it. They also charge extra for chips so make sure to ask what they charge for and don't charge for. The food isn't terrible but I think it could have better taste.

The best food in town, hands down! We were staying at a local AirBNB and this place came highly recommended. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the beef steak ranchero, and it was a perfect sized portion. The steak was juicy and the sauce had a nice kick to it. I definitely recommend this place whenever you're in the area!

Nostalgia may have my opinion a little slanted. When I was a kid we used to always go to Moab at least once a year. Just about every time we would stop at Ben's Cafe on the way there. Ben's Cafe served Mexican food, and eventually closed down. La Veracruzana is in the same space, has left some of the old Ben's Cafe signs up, and is a trip down memory lane for anyone that visited Ben's Cafe years ago. For food I went with a beef taco and beef enchiladas. It was around $12 and came with a huge serving of delicious rice and beans. We also got some chips and salsa to split, and I had a horchata. Our food came out after around 15-20 minutes, and overall it was pretty good. My wife wasn't a huge fan of the chicken plate she got, so I'd recommend staying with the beef if you can't decide. I also wish they had a little more variety in hot sauce than just the Tapatio I saw on our table, or maybe an option to spice up your plate. Overall I was happy with the experience, but I recognize that a large part of that was because of my Ben's Cafe nostalgia. I'd be happy to stop by here and try some other items in the future. Also, I play a lot of disc golf and there were 3 discs used for decoration here, so that got me excited.

Wow! I was was so surprised when I got my food! This was the best food on my whole vacation. It was flavorful, rich and authentic. I'm sure that this place couldn't make a bad meal.

    Molcajete for two.

The service is wonderful. Food is fresh to order and basically farm to table. The atmosphere is like going home to Mom's. Delightful staff and the chef is out of this world. Wish we could import this restaurant to our hometown in Canada.

We…read morewere passing through the unfamiliar little town of Green River on our way to Arches National Park, looking for a meal, and decided to give this place a shot. It turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises you find on a road trip. Fast forward five years. I'm pulling into Green River again, this time on a trip with my dad and brother, when I spotted La Pasadita and immediately recognized it. I had completely forgotten about this hidden gem in this sleepy little town, but the second I saw it, I knew where we were eating. I'm happy to say the food was every bit as good--if not better--than I remembered. My dad and brother both went with burritos, and I had the chicken enchiladas. Everything was fantastic. And don't skip the Jamaica ! Absolutely delicious. One word of advice: don't let appearances throw you off. A food truck sitting in the parking lot of what looks like an old Shell gas station might make you second-guess your choice. Don't. Pull in, order some food, and enjoy it. Places like this are exactly why you shouldn't judge a restaurant by the building. Five stars without hesitation. If Yelp let me give La Pasadita more, I would. And apparently, if I find myself back in Green River another five years from now, I already know where I'm eating.

The burrito itself was filling and the al pastor was decent, but the sauces inside the building were pretty mild and lacked the flavor and punch I was hoping for. Coming from California and being used to Mexican food there as well as in Mexico, my expectations are probably a little higher when it comes to seasoning, salsa, and overall flavor. Still, it was a solid meal and I'd be open to trying some of their other items next time.

I have eaten here with my friend the last couple trips to Moab and it has been just perfect each time! The service is fast and very friendly. The skinny margaritas are terrific, no sugary mix and not an overwhelming amount of lime juice. My food was spot on too. We sat outside which is under cover and shaded but you can still see the street and sidewalk. Kinda feels like a sidewalk cafe there. They also have seating inside. This is a great spot a little off the beaten path on Main Street and a great finish to a big day mountain biking in the desert. Big kudos to the wait staff! They seem to work as a team which really improves the customer experience over other places that don't practice this method of service.

Unfortunately, they just completely forgot to cook my food. When the rest of my table got theirs, there was no trace of mine, and when they noticed the problem it seemed that they had to cook it entirely from scratch, so I didn't get my food until the rest of my family had finished and my kids were antsy to leave. Also, when the food did arrive, it wasn't what I ordered, and frankly I did not want to eat it, but at that point I was too hungry and dispirited to complain. I know, I know, this kind of thing could be a one-off; things happen. But you only get so many nights in Moab, and it happened to me, and I did not like it!

One thing I loved about this spot was the misters set up around the seating area--they made a huge difference and kept us cool on a very hot day. We ordered six street tacos: two shrimp, two asada, one adobada, and one barbacoa, which came to about $27. The food was served quickly, and overall the tacos had a nice spice level and good flavor. They were a bit on the salty side, but still enjoyable. One thing I found unusual was that they didn't double up the tortillas like many taco places do, which made them slightly more fragile. You have to get both salsa's, medium red and hot green. The hot sauce is legit, so much depth and flavor but will light you up for an extended period! The park itself offers a common table area, covered and lit. We went back the next night it was so good, highly recommended!
