Vegetarian friendly with a few options (they could probably custom make anything vegetarian by leaving off the meat or replacing with beans or rice if you asked while ordering) Cheese quesadillas are HUGE & the veggie burritos are massive. A little pricier than I was expecting, but the amount of food you receive in exchange was worth it. Two thumbs up from me. Also, plenty of parking spaces available. Convenient when traveling through to Moab or southern Utah. read more

Yummy! Stopped in here on a road trip through Utah! Husband and I both got the Super Fries in burrito form (can also get it as a plate) and it was great!! And we love Mexican food! Drive thru was closed for Memorial Day which is understandable so we went in and our food was made fast and came to us hot! The cashier was also really nice! read more

They're food is absolutely disgustin. me and some friends went there for a night out and ordered the carne asada fries, quesadilla, and shredded beef burrito. all in all they were all terrible. there fries we stail and there meat was frozen still when we took our first and only bite. customer service wasn't bad. the lady just looked like she did not want to be there. the place looks run down and filthy. the food has made all of us sick to our stomachs. definitely recommend anyone thinking about going here to go somewhere else because this place is not good read more

Owner of Jilbertos lady came out of building and yelled at my sister yesterday. My sister told us that she just want to read their menu outside. HOW RUDE ARE YOU!!! My sister is disability! Also your hours post of sign from 5:30 a.m. to 12 a.m., 7 days a week. A lot of people pull over and find that you were close during the day off or other. That is waste of their pull over and not open. Next time you yell at people just like your parents who were accident that building then chase someone off of your place. You need clean up on your attitude to customers as well! We stopped coming to your place because you seem something strange your behavior. read more

The food is not good. When we ordered, they told us the beef burrito is a combination of ground beef, onion and potato. Unfortunately the combination was 50% onion, 40% potato and 10% beef. It had almost no ground beef. And despite Covid restrictions being over, they wouldn't let's us put two tables together so our own family could sit together. I'd go elsewhere. read more

This place is truly terrible. The "guac" is green slime. The quesadilla is made with unseasoned dry steak and American cheese. My mom ordered the chicken quesadilla and had to return it, it was wet and soggy with old onions and one chunk of chicken in the middle. Woman at the counter had an attitude when we asked if we could get it remade and told her it's doing to be the same. Long story short, skip this place when you're driving through. read more

Cheap, delicious, friendly. Make sure you get your burrito enchilada style. The red sauce was incredible not too spicy, super fresh. This place has taken a dip in quality and quantity, the food is still ok but not as good as it once was, that's the only reason I gave it 3 stars otherwise I would have gave it 1 star. The jacked up the prices by a dollar or more and cut back on the amount of food you get. Used to be a burrito stuffed that you had a hard time getting your hands around now I think there is more in a gut bomb burrito at the truck stop. This spot was a perfect roadside attraction and was exactly what we needed. as we enter the store the smells overcame us and our mouths started to water. Los Jilbertos has the best Cabeza taco's I've had anywhere! But I was bummed they were out of Menudo, that's what I was really jonesing for. The shrimp Ceviche is also worth giving a try. My lips burned for an hour but certainly worth it. You can never get too much Tapatio sauce. The people that ran the place are very nice and quick. The place is authentic but the bathroom was a little too authentic if you know what I mean. read more

What a find! This is our 3rd time patronizing this establishment, and my oh my does it hit the spot after some time rambling around the desert. Previously we were limited to sub-par options in Price (a consistently unclean Wendy's), but this is a game changer. I've had both the shrimp tacos, shrimp burrito and a tostada.
