Pork street tacos

The Moab Food Truck Park is just awesome! With all the food options available in this great town, the food park is a fun alternative to try new tastes! Being a taco addict, this place was a no brainer. The word around the park is $3 street tacos...duh. The service was gracious both time we went and enjoyable. We had the Carne Asada and Pork street tacos, 3 a piece for $3 a piece. They come with the protein and onions and cilantro. We added pico sides and a chips and salsa side. You have to get both salsa's, medium red and hot green. The hot sauce is legit, so much depth and flavor but will light you up for an extended period! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The park itself offers a common table area, covered and lit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went back the next night it was so good, highly recommended!

Holy cow! This food truck has some of the best tacos around. Straight gasolina. You have to come here and support this hard working family and business throwing out some of the best food in Moab. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Perfect stop for lunch, grab some tacos, a Mexican cola and relax at the covered food truck park seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I had a killer carnitas burrito. My kid had great tacos. In a food truck park, with big shade canopies, It's outdoors, but the mid 80's heat was tolerable. Service was great! If you're in Moab, find this cool little joint!

I recently visited the taco truck located in the Food Truck Park in Moab, and it was a fantastic experience. We tried the barbacoa quesadilla, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and savory, making it a worthwhile dish. I would highly recommend stopping by this taco truck if you're in the area. Great food and a pleasant atmosphere! :) P.S. If you like chipotle, it is worth trying their chipotle sour cream!

Delicious! We got a variety of street tacos / all were delicious and fresh tasting. The guy working the counter is knowledgeable and so friendly. We will be back!

Got the shrimp tacos and they were tiny. Got some guac and it was tiny. Got some salsa and it was tiny. My wife and buddy had the burrito and that's definitely the way to go. They said it was good and the serving size was reasonable.

Great service. Love this outdoor food cart area, reminds me of home but love this in Moab. Super friendly and helpful service. Carne Asada Tacos and Rice and Beans is what I had and it was delicious. Great outdoor seating shaded with a light breeze coming through.

Absolutely delicious Mexican food. We had two street tacos, the smothered burrito, and a quesadilla. Everything was fantastic. Took 10-12 minutes to get our food, but it was definitely worth the wait. It was all very hot and fresh. Good stuff!

Legit straight forward street tacos. Salsa was very fresh and flavorful and the hot salsa was just right for the asada tacos.

I have eaten here with my friend the last couple trips to Moab and it has been just perfect each time! The service is fast and very friendly. The skinny margaritas are terrific, no sugary mix and not an overwhelming amount of lime juice. My food was spot on too. We sat outside which is under cover and shaded but you can still see the street and sidewalk. Kinda feels like a sidewalk cafe there. They also have seating inside. This is a great spot a little off the beaten path on Main Street and a great finish to a big day mountain biking in the desert. Big kudos to the wait staff! They seem to work as a team which really improves the customer experience over other places that don't practice this method of service.

Unfortunately, they just completely forgot to cook my food. When the rest of my table got theirs, there was no trace of mine, and when they noticed the problem it seemed that they had to cook it entirely from scratch, so I didn't get my food until the rest of my family had finished and my kids were antsy to leave. Also, when the food did arrive, it wasn't what I ordered, and frankly I did not want to eat it, but at that point I was too hungry and dispirited to complain. I know, I know, this kind of thing could be a one-off; things happen. But you only get so many nights in Moab, and it happened to me, and I did not like it!

We sat at this huge table in the middle, with cactus and succulents and southwest decor about the walls. Not overdone, very desert themed (of course). My wife ordered an omelette and my daughter some pancakes. I went with a biscuit that was huge - friend chicken, bacon, over easy egg, gravy, grilled jalapeños. Hit the spot, it was incredible and everything my breakfast had been missing the previous 43 years of life. Our server was Alyssa, or Alissa - the name was the same both days but spelled differently and 2 different people. Yes, it was so good and fresh and service amazing we went back a second time! I tried a different biscuit, and then and there decided I did not want to ever visit Moab and not eat here. We waited the second time to get a seat, didn't even care. Both servers were amazing, unfortunately I did NOT write their names down and I'm writing a review from a year ago, but the truly had the same name, just different spelling. In fact, our server from our first visit was there with her family as a customer when we were there the second time! As someone who spent my careers in restaurants, that is not only a testament to the quality of the food but also the culture of the establishment: you can't put a price on that. I can't wait to go back!

We got the AM Tacos (with bacon) and the Southwest Bowl (with fried chicken) and an order of Mini-Jacks. The tacos were so good! I asked for a side of green chile sauce and that made them next level. We don't recommend getting fried chicken on the SW Bowl. The bowl was great, but the chicken was only okay. A little tough and chewy and probably not the best choice for that meal. The mini jacks were the star of the show! Fluffy, light, with a hint of sweetness and served with a huge dollop of soft butter. The restaurant was busy, but our service was great and it was a relaxed vibe. Lots of folks looked like they were heading out or getting back from outdoor activities.
