From the moment we arrived, the consultant seemed disengaged. There was minimal guidance or communication, and practically no assistance when trying on gowns--she simply handed me the dresses to put on myself, despite how difficult wedding dresses can be to manage alone. Throughout the appointment, she appeared far more engaged with other brides in the shop, frequently stepping away in the middle of our session to assist others without letting us know. It felt as though our appointment was not given the same attention or care as the other parties in the boutique. Additionally, another staff member repeatedly blocked my guests' view in the shared open viewing area with little consideration for our space.

We were greeted by the super sweet Taylor, who got us settled in and brought us some champagne, then I was assisted by Alexis. After helping me try on the gown I'd been pining after, she brought me a few completely different gowns to try for fun... and the third one was so stunning on me I CHANGED MY MIND! Alexis knewwww hahaha. Apparently the entire time we were having a blast, another bride had a meltdown and was yelling at the staff for being 6 mins late to helping them.. Alexis and Taylor were visibly short staffed and killing it, did not deserve a second of it... and managed to keep the magic alive for the other brides without skipping a beat.
