If I could leave 1,000 stars, I would. Grace Loves Lace was the most amazing experience and one of the best days! From the start, I reached out to Emily, the studio manager, to see if I could bring an extra guest (all of my guests were flying in from out of state) and she was so sweet and accommodating to us. The showroom is BEAUTIFUL, we were all so blown away by the atmosphere. We were immediately brought champagne and Emily asked about my wedding and my fiance, and really listened and cared about every detail I told her. Those interactions make all the difference in these experiences! The first dress I tried on was a little more form-fitting than I wanted, when I told her I was worried that I would be judged or worried about what other people thought, she just said she understood. In these instances, it is so easy for friends/family/vendors to say "it's your wedding who cares what people think." As someone who does care what people think, it's nice to have someone on your side who says they understand rather than just brushing it off-- I think this really showed how much she listened to what I had to say and cared about it. "The Dress" was the third one I tried on. It was everything I had ever envisioned for myself, and everyone cried. It is so perfect for me. But my visit to GLL was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I had another appointment later that afternoon, that I felt like I needed to go to so I could make sure I had found "the one." When I told Emily this, she was so understanding and so supportive. I expected some sort of comment or push to just buy the dress, and she encouraged me to go try on other dresses at other places. She was more worried about my own experience than a sale. Everyone in my party, including myself, raved about this in the car following my appointment. After visiting the next salon, my experience did not even come close. After putting on 2 other dresses, I could just feel that nothing else would compare. I just wanted to run back to GLL! It wasn't just about "the dress" but the entire studio and care we were given. I bought my dress shortly after this day, and I am SO excited to be a GLL bride. This is how wedding dress shopping should be!! An absolutely above and beyond experience in the most beautiful environment and an extremely helpful, patient staff. After a bridesmaid of mine bought the same wedding dress as me and I had to push my wedding date back a year due to Covid-19, I was devastated. I knew I wanted a new, different dress that felt like my own again and would wow my fiancé. Back when I searched for my first dress, Grace Loves Lace was the very top of my list, but there were no locations near me. Since pushing back my wedding, I figured I'd checkout GLL again just in case...when I saw the Dallas location I set up an appointment immediately and was not disappointed! I was the only bride in the shop that day, and ShaToya let me take my time trying and re-trying on gown after gown. It was so incredibly hard to decide because really, any of these dresses is enough to make a bride feel the most beautiful they've ever felt. When I finally narrowed it down to two, ShaToya let me schedule a follow-up appointment (and then another after that!) giving me plenty of time to pick "the one!" ShaToya was so incredibly kind, resourceful, communicative, and feels like a friendly face every time I seen her. The champagne, atmosphere, and hospitality really makes me feel like a rockstar each visit. And the dresses themselves...in stock, in every size...you won't be a size 2 clipping a size 14 dress to your body! You get to try on a dress with accurate sizing to you, which takes away the guessing-game of how the dress will end up looking once made for you. Amazing. Every bride-to-be needs to go to Grace Loves Lace! I just cannot say that enough! It was such a personalized experience that you simply will not get anywhere else. I went to a few other places and none of them compared to GLL. Here's my experience: I went with a friend and when we both walked in we were just in awe of how stunning their showroom is. It's beautiful with such good lightening and open space. It creates a relaxed intimate vibe. Emily greeted us with a big smile and offered us champagne (which we gladly accepted!). Then we sat down and she asked questions about what my style was, where the wedding will be, theme, etc. I had a few dresses in mind so we started with those and a few that Emily suggested. I ended up not liking the ones I originally thought I would. Emily was so patient with me (and my indecisiveness) and kept bringing me out dresses to try on (all that she picked based on my input). She brought the Verdelle 2.0 and I looked at it and thought 'it's pretty but I don't know if it's me'. But when I tried it on I loved it so much! I never would have tried it on if Emily didn't suggest it. It's a true testament to how amazing Emily is at her job because she ended up being more in tune with my style and what I was looking for then even I was! And again, she was SO patient with me and friendly. It felt more like a friend was helping me because she genuinely seemed invested. After we found 'the one' she brought out several veils, shoes, and accessories to try on. I didn't feel rushed at all and wanted to stay there forever because it was such a great experience! After seeing my GLL dream dress online I knew I had to meet her. The closest showroom to where I live (New Orleans Louisiana) is Dallas Texas. So I did what I had to during this pandemic and made the trip with my 2 guest to the GLL Dallas Showroom. That's an 8 hour drive one way!!! When we arrived I was a little anxious and stressed due to the drive, but when I met my amazing stylist Alexis Box I immediately knew I was in great hands and this was going to be the day I dreamed about since I was a little girl Y'all, it was like trusting a bestie, she made me so comfortable...and what many brides experience as a stressful time was so much fun because of Alexis! She put together what I believe is the perfect Bridal style from head to toe and I can not wait to make my groom cry when he sees me for the first time on our Wedding Day. What an incredible experience my mom and I had when visiting this last Saturday! Huge kudos to her and the beautiful showroom in Dallas! I had the most wonderful experience at Grace Loves Lace in Dallas, TX! The atmosphere is stunning and the staff is absolutely amazing. Honestly, I would have been happy with ANY gown from GLL, but Rebecca helped me choose the perfect one. She made me feel comfortable when changing in and out of gowns and was so professional. She gave me her honest opinion, but did not overstep any boundaries. She was so kind to my mom and my sister, and included them in the process too! I was so nervous to get a wedding dress for my beach wedding in Mexico. I booked with GLL twice and was cancelled both times due to the COVID outbreak. I tried to make an appointment for another boutique but I just kept thinking of GLL the whole time. I was lucky to get in at GLL and ShaToya made me feel more than comfortable and was so sweet! She knew so much about all the gowns and accessories, but was very sensitive and responsive to how nervous I was. It made me feel so at ease and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams! I felt like Meghan Markle - I finally felt like a beautiful bride, and I DID NOT pick the dress I thought I would get online! I was so happy I was able to get in the store to try one on. as soon as I walked into the showroom in Dallas I new I was in the right place. I had just come from a showroom that I felt way out of place in, and i could tell the staff there was so judgmental of the people coming into their showroom. That was absolutely not the case at GLL! The staff was so genuine and actually wanted to make me feel comfortable and to have me find the right dress that fit me. Which deciding on a dress was hard for sure. Everything I tried on at GLL's I absolutely adored! The amount of details they put into their dresses is incredible. Each dress fits so much better than anything I'd tried on at the previous location, and OMG the dresses are so soft! you hardly even feel like you're wearing this elaborate masterpiece Lol. I came to GLL (in Dallas from Houston) after trying on dresses at a different dress shop a week or so prior. I loved how all of the GLL dresses fit without needing clips and don't contain the large cups that they have at usual dress shops. It really makes for a better experience when you can see what you'll actually look like. The shop itself is so cute, and I got Alexis Box as my stylist who was amazing. Love her style and she was so sweet. I picked one dress that day (Peaches) and then started panicking about having a sleeveless dress in MX (bad tanlines), so I made another appointment in the Chicago showroom (Amy Bentrott was the stylist there), where my family would be also be able to come to the appointment. I switched dresses (Honey Rose) and added a veil, even though I had already bought the first one. Both stylists then helped me switch dresses and they were both so understanding and helpful. Got my dress back and it fit perfectly - no alterations needed. I felt beautiful and was so comfortable dancing the night away. read more

I have been adoring Grace Loves Lace gowns for months since the moment I got engaged. I was so drawn to a specific gown and knew I had to have it, so I flew from Washington State to Dallas just to try it on (along with a few beautiful others). Jaslynne made the experience a delight. She greeted us warmly with an offer of champagne or rose tea, asked good questions and listened attentively to my answers, and demonstrated clear product knowledge as we spoke while she took my measurements. The dresses are stunning both for their intricate lace details and flexible, lightweight fabric. The dresses fit like a glove, creating a sensual yet sophisticated silhouette. My jaw dropped when I learned they're machine-washable (still plan to wash by hand). I can't say enough positive things about Grace Loves Lace! I went dress shopping over the Thanksgiving holiday with my mom and GLL was our first stop. In hindsight, that probably wasn't the best decision because they set the bar way too high. My stylist, Jaslynne, was unbelievably kind & welcoming. It can be a tad awkward getting dressed by a stranger but she immediately made me feel at ease, like an old friend. I never once felt rushed and she was patient while my mom & I discussed pros/cons of each dress. Speaking of the dresses, they are absolutely beautiful! I love that they slip on versus having to get strapped/pinched/zipped in. If you have to wear it all day, you may as well be comfortable. Wow, so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! I needed a dress in 3 weeks and I was shocked at how many options there still were to choose from. My stylist, Alexis was amazing. She was down to earth, friendly, and super helpful. We started with a conversation regarding style I liked and she showed me options online to choose from. She gathered all of the dresses (including some I didn't pick) that I would be able to get ASAP and the try on process began. She's very patient and never seemed bothered by how indecisive I was. Shopping for a wedding dress during Covid has been less than ideal. I worked with ShaToya out of the Dallas showroom, and I have been beyond impressed. We started with a virtual meeting in which she showed me several gowns and recommended accessories. In addition to this, she has been very helpful via email and phone calls. I was a bit nervous about how a dress would look on my specific body type. She sent me pictures of real women in the dresses with more similar body types. She also compared my measurements to those in the pictures. It made me feel so much better. They also take a ton of different measurements to make sure the dresses are made to fit your body. It's just so beautifully unique and words truly can't describe how amazing the GLL Dallas showroom was. Emily assisted me and I felt like she was a sister to me. She was AMAZING!!!!
