I had a lovely experience and so did my family that was with me. I found my dress here and got married in 2024. I got sooooo many compliments on my dress even now two years later. The ordering experience was easy and the dress and veil came in great timing. I used the tailoring option the store offers and that went very smooth. Where do I begin to express the gratitude and extreme satisfaction for Patsy's A Bridal Boutique. From the moment we walked in the service was top notch and the selection of bridal gowns was superb. Then the experience was topped off with the best stylist we've had in the last five months of shopping for my daughter's big day. The decor and simplicity of the boutique was welcoming and we had our own dressing area that allowed us to ooo and aww over my girl in each gown. Taylor heard my girl's desire for her gown and understood the assignment from the 1st gown to final "I Said Yes" gown. Wouldn't recommend buying a dress from here. Not only did they trash talk other bridal dress appointment places we had but they told my friend she was a size 8 and needed a size 8 dress when she is clearly a 2, maybe size 4 at most. We bought a dress from here as a backup that she isn't going to wear,l. Now I am here to pick up her dress during their normal business hours and there is a padlock on the door and no one to answer the phone. Super disappointing. Parking here is also a nightmare and we should've known something was off the way they talked so negatively about other brutal shops and incorrect measuring. Will not be returning. read more

I am getting married!!! Like I literally cannot believe it. I have been watching so many episodes of "Say Yes To The Dress" so believe me I had an idea of what I wanted but was very open minded to trying other styles. After a morning of disappointment at another bridal boutique I found my self feeling discouraged. My future bridesmaids and I stopped by Smithy's for a pick me up brunch before our appointment at 12. My advice be on time especially if you have a Saturday appointment it can def get pretty crowded. As soon as I walked in I def def had a good feeling! I was paired with the AMAZING Allison. She was so bubbly and very sweet. I described to her the idea of what I wanted and she pulled what she suggested as well as other dresses my friends wanted to see me in. Literally the first dress I tried on was MY dress! As soon as I came out I heard the gasp and saw my mother's face of approval. I was told to desribe how i felt and the first word that came to mind was "BEAUTIFUL" I had to make some slight custom changes so the dress so it can appear a little softer on me, but the by itself was also very very beautiful! Then Allison paired the veil to match and I was sold! May 9, 2020 I will be a married woman! Thank you so so so so much Patsy's for making this dress shopping experience effortless . This boutique was HIGHLY recommended to us from a friend of mine. We were wedding dress shopping for my sister and this was her first shop. She flew in from out of state to try on dresses here. We were linked up with sales consultant Ellen. Since the moment we arrive Ellen completely made us all feel like an inconvenience. She was making comments to my sister the entire time about my mother and I making suggestions. This was supposed to be a fun, exhilarating experience for her and she got in my car and cried and said she doesn't want to try on more dresses. The fact that this girl is a consultant for brides is shocking to me! What a way to ruin the best experience of future brides. read more

My wedding dress was the third one I tried on and it was my absolute dream! I had no idea I wanted this silhouette, but it was MAGICAL! I live in Chicago, so I did their concierge service to get it to the alterations place and then to me, and it was seamless. I also got my BEAUTIFUL jewelry from there as well (bracelet & earrings). Purchased my wedding gown here in December 2016 with the help of Megan. She and all the staff were so quick at making appointments and fitting me in when I wanted to take a look at another dress or try the same one on again. None of the ladies were pushy with trying to sell me a gown. They all made the experience very pleasant for me as well as my guests, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my wedding prep! We went to 5 bridal salons before finding Patsy's and I personally wish we had found the boutique sooner! It was due to many factors but ultimately because the dream wedding dress was there! Not all bridal stores are going to give professional service, treating the bride and in my case motb with respect. Brides and parents this is a time in your lives that is suppose to be exciting, joy filled and an experience that you will forever remember. Patsy's is such a place and this is why. Walking in we were greeted by warm smiling, friendly staff who were thrilled we were there to shop. No pretentious behavior, no hostility, just very attentive, knowledgeable consultants, very genuine to be of service. The shop itself is located a short block east of 75 on Henderson with reserved parking in the front. It is decorated beautifully with creamy walls and warm hardwood floors and I had a very comfortable couch I sat on while viewing gowns my daughter tried on. I felt very much at ease in the store. Sayde who was my daughter's consultant had pulled dresses that fit the description of what she wanted. Sayde is so good, almost every gown my daughter tried on looked amazing and her being petite, it has been hard even finding a dress that fit her personality in the style she has been dreaming of. Not so at Patsy's due the quality designers to Sayde's good eye, she pulled incredible gowns all in the budget which included Pronovias and even Enaura. We had a hard time deciding but we all knew when my daughter walked out in the ONE! The process of finding and buying a gown can be stressful or made easy. If we had started here, the journey would have been easier. Consider Patsy's, the gowns are gorgeous and such a knowledgeable, nice group to work with, they made it fun! read more

Used Ellen as a bridal consultant. She seemed very rude. Heard her making comments about my other daughter and myself, who were there to support the bride. She doesn't listen and seemed very inconvenienced for doing her job. In the end we ended up having to ask for a veil to "complete" her look. Terrible experience. Would not recommend a Ellen to anyone. Because of her, my daughter (the one who is getting married) had a negative experience. She's rude, doesn't listen to critiques about what was liked/not liked, has no clue about styling and should not be in the "styling" business. I absolutely love Patsy's! This is the first boutique I went to, about 11 months before my wedding date because they were holding a Pronovias trunk show. I ended coming back a few months later when I was more seriously looking for my wedding dress, and then a few times after that before I made my purchase (I was pretty indecisive). Each time, the consultants were so sweet and helpful. I love that they aren't pushy at all; they don't try to hard sell or act like they know best (I had this experience at another boutique). The consultants here listen to what you like/don't like, and let you form your own opinions about each dress first. They're helpful, but unobtrusive. I also love their selection! I would definitely recommend Patsy's over and over again. I first came to Patsy's at 4:45 pm when they closed at 5 pm and they let me try on a dress. Allison helped me and was amazing! The dress was the one I have been looking for! She did not rush me or did not pressure me into buying. I have come back 2 other times to try the dress on again and then to get measured/order it. They are very busy, especially on Saturday's, so it is best to call and make an appointment. I only wanted Allison so I waited for a time slot that she was available. Of course, every person I've talked to over the phone or met in the shop has been helpful and friendly but Allison has been there since the first visit. I can't recommend Patsy's enough! I had an appointment yesterday with Megan. My mother and I had already been to Nordstrom earlier where we genuinely thought we had found "the" dress. However, Megan found so many wonderful choices that the other dress was quickly pushed out of our minds. It actually became agonizing as we tried to choose between first two then three jaw dropping dresses. Megan was so patient and helpful and helped us to see the big picture that included the veil. I was able to buy the dress of my dreams for under half of my budget. AND I got the perfect veil for the dress at 20% off since I bought it the same day. I procrastinated buying my wedding shoes and had spent hours at Northpark looking for a pair the day before my dress fitting where I was required to bring the shoes I would be wearing. I found Patsy's via a frantic google search in the mall parking lot and sped over there 15 minutes before closing time. While the shoe selection was small it was exactly what I was looking for and the girls working were so kind and helpful even though they were about to be closing. The shoes have to be ordered from the designer and weren't going to come in for a few weeks so they allowed me to borrow the display pair to take to the fitting. My daughter had a great experience here finding the perfect dress. After 4 other dress shops, our consultant listened to what she liked about other dresses. Every dress she pulled was fabulous and had the features that she specifically listed. Jasmine selected the perfect veil and earrings as well. We had the whole place to ourselves which made the appointment so very personal. I would recommend Patsy's especially the storage package. We stored my daughter's dress until it needed to be altered. Patsy's was my 2nd of 3 bridal boutiques I went to to try on dresses. And honestly I wasn't initially interested in the designers they offered, I primarily went because my fiancé's cousin raved about her experience. When we first arrived we were an hour or so early- despite this they allowed for us to use one of their reserved parking spots to go next door for lunch. We returned to actually look at dresses shortly after and had a wonderful time picking gowns out Carissa (sp?) was awesome and would take the dresses straight back to my room. She was very knowledgeable of the inventory and was able to pull other dresses very similar to my taste. In the end I fell in love with a dress that I could buy off the rack but i had a hard time committing knowing that i had one more appointment - I left and came back an hour or so later. When I came back to get the dress the girls were more than accommodating considering we did not have an appointment for the later time but still gave us a positive experience! They were patient when I asked to try on my dress again (since I was buying as is off the rack). I was kinda bummed there was no sort of "I said yes to the dress" experience - I had to ask to take the "I'm a patsy's bride" picture they didn't do a Polaroid for me like some of the other comments talk about (it was near the end of the day so they may have just been ready to go home). She was extremely patient as I tried at least 7 dresses on, took photos of each dress, and was great at interpreting my taste by suggesting dresses that worked with my figure. What I appreciated at this boutique was the attention to detail that the staff had with their customers. Loved my experience of wedding dress shopping at Patsy's! It was my first bridal boutique to visit and they made the process so much fun and a lot less stressful than I imagined it would have been (especially with having my moms, future MIL and 4 sisters all with me). I was encouraged to try on different styles of dresses that my stylist and I both handpicked. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one- and it was one my stylist picked for me! After visiting Patsy's, I still went to two more boutiques to make sure I had picked the right one (even though I already knew) and let me tell you- the experiences at these other boutiques were nothing compared to my time at Patsy's! She listened intently as I described to her what style I was looking for and she pulled an array of dresses for me to try on and I loved every single one! She was great at not only explaining the options for accessories and customizations but also finding a way to help give me a visual and complete my overall look for the big day. Out of the 6 bridal salons I visited, this was my least favorite and I had really high hopes! However, I was/am a bride that was looking for the experience. I feel like you can look at dresses anywhere, you can buy dresses at several stores, right? Example, if you like Enaura, you can go to Neimans, LeAnn's, etc. (I visited these stores as well and actually ended up getting my dress at one of them). Soooo I was looking for the experience! Patsy's failed here. They didn't rush me, so that was a plus, and the consultant was really nice, however, it was the only salon that I had to ask 3 times for water for me and my guests and it was the only salon that didn't have champagne. I know, I'm a bit boujee but hey, I took the day off of work from my stressful job, my friends were in town, my future mother in law was in from the UK, we were looking to have a fun time and we can't even get a glass of champs, whomp whomp... like I said, only place that didn't offer us champagne or water so that was a turn off for me. Pretty dresses, but other salons had the same dresses with a better experience. I originally gave this review 2 stars, however, the owner, Lindsay reached out to me, which I thought was extremely professional and I appreciated her obtaining the feedback. There is something to be said for a business owner who cares about their customers and strives for improving, so that should not be discounted for this boutique. read more

We have had a great experience thus far. I have tried on dresses and am in the stages of ordering. Patsy's has a fantastic selection of dresses, the shop is gorgeous, and we worked with Carissa who was awesome. She really listened to what I wanted, didn't pressure me and was generally great to be around. My bridesmaid liked her so much, she requested an appointment with her for her own wedding. The only downside is parking--there is limited parking out front and it can be tricky to pull in and out, as you're right on a main road. Definitely not a reason to stay away, though! read more

We drove by this shop and my friend said to check it out! I did not have an appointment when we walked in, but was instantly greeted by a sweet consultant named Sayde. I quickly learned that the dresses were out of my price range, but decided to browse anyways. My mom had picked out a dress and wanted me to try it on. Sayde got me in a room right away. The moment I saw the dress on myself I thought it was stunning. Although it did not match my initial want of lots of lace, it had so much detail in beading, LOVED the back, and the train was beautiful! The dress looked way more expensive than it actually was. This dress was what I was looking for; I wanted something different from the norm that I've seen other brides wear. Sayde wrote down all the details of the dress along with the designer and price for me to keep. I made an appointment the next day to come in and try on the dress a second time. After going to over 4 different shops, I knew this dress had more to offer than the others that I'd tried on. When I walked in the door the second time, Sayde was grabbing the dress off the rack (we were 25 minutes early even). She made me feel welcome throughout the entire process! It really surprised me that other bridal shops had never heard of Patsy's because I think they are a competition for sure! read more

My consultant was extremely mindful of my budget and helped me find things that I would like. The dresses were very current in style and there was a great selection.
