Upon completion of the surgery, they failed to prescribe the Topical solution which was made apparent to me on my first followup appoint four months later. Had they provided it immediately following my surgery, I believe I would have had much better results. Instead, I believe I'd lost a number of grafts throughout the itching and dry skin over the past four months before my first followup appointment which I find the staff and doctor to being at fault. This, to me, is unsatisfactory. I'm very dissatisfied at this point with the establishments work and, after three more followup appointments in the past with no results, I regret to say that I would not return to MAXIM, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. It disturbs me that surgery centers such as this can get away with thousands of hard earned money simply by the protection of a clause in "fine-print" that states that they're not responsible should you have no results, therefore, you are not eligible for a refund. $6500 down the drain. Highway robbery. At least refund half of our money.
