In addition, they told me to go in yesterday to get it installed only to find out it still was not in. They were not even courteous enough to call me to cancel the appointment! My time is very very valuable and lost time costs me money !!!! In addition to this, they were suppoose to call my personal manager about her hair growth and finally called after a month and me having to keep asking them. I feel this place is totally mismanaged and look forward to see how it is going forward. However I have my doubts!!!
