Professional on the phone and when scheduling the appointment, their estimator, Nick called me when he was a few minutes out to let me know he was coming. Just finished talking to Nick about my situation. To my surprise he recommended a completely different course of action. Rather than just agreeing to quote down spouts that might not fix the problem, Nick suggested checking with a plumber about snaking the existing down spouts. It resulted in no new business for him this time but I was very impressed by his integrity and home maintenance being what it is, I know soo we or later I will have a reason to need a roofing or rain gutter company. I know who'll be at the top of my list to call.

A few days later their One Restoration team came in to do the tear-down of the damaged upper casement. They were very pleasant, on time and spent a lot of time prepping to make sure they didn't spread the dust & debris. Then Aaron came back & spent 3 days restoring the drywall, prepping, repainting (orange peel), and reinstalling the brackets for the blinds. He even offered to move our furniture back into place. Everything looks as good as new. He did an excellent job and always kept us informed as to what he was doing. We feel that the estimates were very fair. He said I'd have to wait if one replied since all are unavailable right now. I sent 2 photos of my broken shower fixture. I'm used to receiving estimations when inquiring about projects via Yelp, At any rate, services are no longer needed. I'm not sure who communicated with me in messaging but it had "owner" next to his name. But he told me he's not the owner nor supervisor. I actually don't know who he was except someone using the owner's account. (He didn't mention his title) If you plan to use this company you need to call them. He used my personal materials often, they did not fully clean all of the rubbish created. He told me he KNICKED a tile up on my balcony, I went to look, there was a broken tile and about a foot and a half of broken grout and about 6" from the side. I told him that's no KNICK. I tried to give him a chance to clean up the rubbish they left behind and no return call. Just periodically when he feels like it. His worker brush's his wood chips and dust in the water drain. I'm like what? I picked up like 40 screws they left behind. Very unprofessional. I would not hire these guys.

They also repaired & applied new stucco to cracked joint seams on the house. Mr. Flor Barbosa, contractor and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Plastering and stucco are his specialty trade and he came highly recommended by an owner of a Honolulu construction building company who has worked with Flor for over 20 years on residential home projects. The job took about 7 days to complete. The crew started each day at 7am and always cleaned up before they left for the day. We highly recommend this stucco & plaster contractor.
