The recording at the # just says "telephone # 808-xxx-xxxx can't take your call now" but doesn't reference the name of the company or any person, and I've looked all over the internet, and even on Facebook, for an alternate phone # to SOMEONE, but I always get referred back to the same phone #. I'm glad I didn't spend part of my life savings on a new roof from this company. What if I have problems after the work is done and I can't get anyone to call me back? Oh well, there are a lot of roofing companies on Oahu who want my business. I'll just just move on.

His initial inspection was the most thorough, he was the most informative, and he was very responsive to all my questions and requests, putting together several different quotes for me. Even though Hi Point's price wasn't the lowest of the three roofers, and they only accepted check/cash, Nick's attention to detail, overall competence, and excellent customer service made Hi Point the clear choice for me. When the day came for the roof replacement, the crew had great energy in spite of the insane heat. They worked efficiently and cleaned up as best they could (I found some nails scattered around, but overall it wasn't too many), and I had a beautiful new roof in two days. Because of the storm, my Sunday StarAdvertiser was delivered on Monday morning. This edition featured a special section entitled "Hawaii's Best 2026," as voted by its readers. In First Place under the category Roofing Company was HI Point Roofing Hawaii. I called them immediately and learned first-hand why they were voted First Place. A big mahalo to HI Point Roofing for being a beacon to me when I was feeling helpless and at my wit's end. Deja and Alohilani in their office were very helpful, and sent out a crew (the hardworking Brandon, Bronson, & Melvin) that morning to put a temporary fix of tarps, boards, and sandbags on my roof. The next day, estimator Daven came and did a complete & thorough inspection of my roof, even going intio the attic, to learn all he could about the source of the leaks. I was impressed by his knowledge & expertise. Daven presented me with his plan for the repair a few days later, with photos & diagrams showing the extent of the proposed repair, along with a step-by-step description of the work to be done. I found his estimate to be very reasonable for the work involved. A month after the storm, my roof is repaired. Thank you to the workers who did the repair. I didn't catch all of their names, but I did learn that Melvin, Brandon, & Justin were part of the repair crew who left my yard & driveway so clean, you wouldn't know that they had been there all day fixing my roof. Bernard, the owner & President came out Saturday following the storm and found the leak right away. Despite being a small job, he promptly submitted a proposal. After other companies came out, I hired West Oahu Roofing. Bernard also sent his carpenter to look at a corner of my home subject to rot due to rain/moisture.
