I have no prob, in and out! The results are usually available the next day online.

I schedule two or three appointments over as many consecutive days so that I have a backup when they make me wait too long or have a system failure. 4. The techs are good but their system is not. He took the test 05/03/2022. I called multiple times throughout the past two weeks and always got a run around. First, the new testing site they send everything out to was the issues. Then, an employee being out on maternity leave was blamed. I called a final time this morning and was told they still didn't have the test back. I was originally promised a 72 hour turnaround max! Do not go through these people.

I asked about a cancellation list and they were out just as long. What if you're a women with a lump and concerned you had breast cancer? Just sit and wait 6 months. Seriously. MDI was much more efficient and I was able to schedule a mammogram within 6 weeks. Since Dignity took over MDI, the efficiency and care has definitely gone downhill. Very sad for our community.
