This was the 2nd time Integrity was out to our home and I'm glad they were gracious enough to return. We had an issue that was caused by the builder itself not having the home ready in time for the original inspection date which was pretty disappointing and caused about a 5 day delay. I heard that some builders are like this and so this was the case for us. What I enjoyed about Kerry was that he was very transparent and thorough in his inspection process and did his work while we did out walkthrough around the house. After our walkthrough with the home demonstrator was completed, Kerry shared a little information on his findings which would later be provided in his final report the next day. I like how Integrity Home Inspections provide you with photos showing areas of concern and provide that same information is provided back to the builder as well. Their format and photos were easy to follow and read through. Kerry checked the entire interior, attic, the foundation well as the exterior around the perimeter of our home. It was a pleasure having Kerry out there during our walkthrough and I'm glad he was able to check things that most buyers such as ourselves are pretty much oblivious to.
