Evidently, they take walk ins for x-rays, but you need an appointment for other imaging like ultrasounds and mammograms. APPEARANCES: Both the office and the staff look professional and well kept. I thought it was a little strange that the only magazines they have are Sports Illustrated, ESPN Magazine, and other sports publications. The TV was playing a poker tournament, so maybe they cater to a specific crowd? Anyhow, I definitely noticed all the sports stuff. POLICIES: They don't allow you to take any pictures or videos inside the office, which I think means they don't want you to take pictures of your own x-rays or ultrasounds. But maybe there is some other reason... The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was that the ultrasound technician wouldn't let me watch what she was doing on the screen. I asked if I could see, and she said there was not really anything to see... I interpreted that as her assuming I wouldn't know what I was looking at, so she didn't want to take the time to tilt the screen in my direction. Guess what, though? They're my guts and if I want to see them, humor me dadgummit! At the end, when I asked her if I could look at the images, she said the radiologist had to look at them first, and she couldn't review anything with a patient. It seems pretty ridiculous to me not to let a patient watch their own ultrasound on the screen and then not let them look at the images at the end either. I don't know if that was her own personal policy or one that the office holds to. TOTAL TIME: I walked in at 3:20 p.m. and walk out at 3:34 p.m. Very quick turnaround! OVERALL: I would come here again if I needed x-rays or other imaging. Next time however, I think I'll be more assertive asking to see my images. But overall it was a quick and painless experience.

There was no one else at this urgent care so he was seen right away, and the doctor was able to give him stitches as well as prescribe antibiotics in a timely manner. They explained that he should come back in a couple days to see if there is an infection and then in 10 days to get the stitches removed. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was very kind. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

From the moment the doctor (Chinyere Uduhiri) walked in, the energy felt cold and dismissive. The Doctor didn't introduce herself. I had to repeatedly explain what was going on because it seemed like she wasn't listening. On top of that, the instructions given were unclear, which only added more frustration and confusion while already not feeling my best. At one point, I basically had to re-explain my symptoms and concerns again just to make sure they were understood. The nurse (Kimaya Crump) was the only positive part of the experience. She was kind, professional, and actually made me feel somewhat comfortable. Outside of that, I will not be returning to this urgent care, sadly as a veteran this is the place that the VA hospital sent me to. As a veteran, it's honestly disappointing. It's sad enough having to go to urgent care in the first place, but to leave feeling unheard and brushed off makes it even worse. This experience felt more like people were there for the money rather than genuinely caring for patients and their well-being. I will absolutely be letting the VA know about this experience because veterans deserve better treatment, better communication, and providers who actually care.

First and foremost, I have never had to wait. There aren't 10 or 11 people with the same appointment time as me. I check in, get my MRI, and I am gone. The staff is very friendly, have a great sense of humor, and they have a welcoming environment. I wish they were a doctor's office, because they have the concept of not keeping the patient waiting down to a science. The facility is clean and they always have Brock's candy in the candy dish...just an added bonus...LOL. So if you are in the need of an MRI...go here, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

They combine diagnostic methods with chiropractic care with physical therapy. It's a different approach and one I think every PT should adopt. They keep an eye on your progress with concrete tests like xrays, nerve testing, balance testing, and chiropractic manipulation. It's great to be able to have tangible evidence of improvement. The facilities and equipment are clean and well taken care of, and everybody is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. The employer said, "No, not at all, just arrive 15 minutes before your 1 pm appointment." I arrived at 12:40, and everything went downhill after that. They did not have my order in their system. We finally got to the bottom of who should have sent in my order. They faxed it in, but it did not go through their broken fax machine. I then called and gave them an alternative number. The supervisor, I assume, then told me that other appointments would be seen first and that they would get around to me. There's more to this, but suffice it to say that the office had an air of incompetence; therefore, I left and will never return.
