So much obviously he was at the kiosk for a few minutes putting in all of their info and getting out his ID and insurance card. Once he finished I tried logging in I had my bar code ready but computer said I did not have appointment! I finally grabbed a tech after waiting 20 minutes and they took ok the walk in before me. The technician I spoke to said I was late so my appointment dropped off!! They saw me waiting behind the walk in so I wasn't technically late. The only answer she kept giving me was I have to take the name that comes up on the screen!! Provided more than one kiosk than if you're concerned about 6-8 minutes! They took every walk in and let me sit over two and a half hours! I had my QR code and was ready to check in standing in line! Some people take a few minutes at the kiosk especially if they are elderly! I wasn't going to rush the man ahead of me! The tech definitely saw me waiting in line so to say that I was late when you saw me waiting was RIDICULOUS! I wasn't late and to ignore me for TWO HOURS is unacceptable! I ask about every half hour and she would not tell even give me an estimate of how much longer I would have to wait! They took EVERYONE that came in after me appointment or not because I asked the people waiting. I was there at 11:15 and they took the 1:50 appointment before me! Next time I will knock it n the door if Kiosk is being used. If I didn't have an upcoming surgery soon I would have walked out! When is it ok for a medical facility to act childish and revengeful! My problem is that not everyone is capable of doing that. Example there were other patients in there that were Amish/Mennonite whom doesn't use these technologies. And then there are the elderly who do not. I never got a phone call with my diagnosis however the next day I got a email to say I had a bill. Getting the bill before my diagnosis was a little annoying to me. I am tech savvy and was able to see my result however, it said it wasn't read by the doctor yet and not too take it for being the actual result. Not just this place, but all places medical facilities, are becoming less attached to their work. With peoples lives in their hands it's not a comfortable feeling. This issue I am bringing up can be easily fixed with increasing their communications directly to the patient in a timely manner. I hope it gets better for all of us.

What kind of business that works with the public closes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon? I don't know any other lab in the entire town that is only open until 2 PM. What about people who work? The earliest I've ever seen a business that is open to the public close is 4 PM. Can you imagine only being open from 9 to 2 on weekdays? What a dump this place is also. It looks extremely Soviet and besides a nasty, yucky, terrible location the women who work in here have got to be the angriest people for having this job. People who started to arrive after me were being taken back then I noticed people were signing in on a piece of paper haphazardly. I then asked the lady at the front desk if I needed to sign in on the paper and she said yes. I told her I signed in on the tablet and it took my info. She said the tablets aren't transferring the stats for sign ins. I told her that she then needs to put out of order signs on the tablets as I just wasted 35 mins of my time. Nothing mentioned signing in on a piece of paper anywhere nor did she announce that the tablets weren't working. The lobby was packed. I stood the entire time and didn't complain until she was assisting people who arrived well after me. This isn't a hard concept to grasp. Her only response was the tablets weren't working but did nothing to tell anyone or post that they don't work as numerous people arrived and continued to sign in on the tablets. Walked out. Won't be back. This is simple customer service and shouldn't be this difficult or be a waste of anyone's time. I get things break but have a plan in place. I imagine this isn't the first time this has happened so why isn't it obvious what they should do to correct the sign in process when this happens.

I walked in a little after noon, signed in/registered on an iPad they had set up near the front desk and took a seat in the waiting room. There were three other people in front of me in line, and it appeared that they all had appointments scheduled. I probably waited around 5-10 minutes until I was called back. I then waited another 5 minutes while I was in the examination room before the nurse came in. I was in and out of there in roughly 20 minutes. Both of the nurses that were on duty were great! They were both very helpful and friendly, making side conversation throughout the visit. This was a breathe of fresh air compared to the past few experiences I had at the nearby Quest location down the road.
