I had an appointment for 10:45 am but was not taken until 11:15 am. I was not very happy about this because they usually run pretty close to time but did not at all this time. The tr h told me they are not supposed to take walk ins but they take them anyway. Once I was taken at 11:15 am, it went quickly and the process of taking the blood samples went quickly. We waited an hour and a half as their system went down. I emailed them one of 2 blood tests ordered. Practitioner took enough blood samples for both doctors scripts. We didn't have to go back and draw more blood as she had taken enough. Called a few hours after their system was back up. read more

POOR service compounded by only one technician's who has a very poor attitude. I accept they were busy on Wed 8 Oct am but alas the only technician working with a " could not care" negative attitude is NOT good for business. You might consider helping the lady technician with some customer service training. I'm a registered nurse and i'm so used to poking people for a living. This facility has a true gem that works here. She drew my blood for routine lab work and I began to faint, and as she completed the lab work, she then put a cold compresses on my face did maneuvers with my legs got me a Gatorade and really treated me. I felt like I was at a spa. Her name is Cindy and I would recommend anybody looking to seek lab work to come to this facility. If the owners or corporate see this, she is an excellent employee. 5 star. read more

The Labcorp at congress Av has an assistant that really don't respect the client. On Oct 9th 2025 we were at the door , 4 pacients waiting for the door to open 12:30. we had to knock at the door to have someone to open it. The assistant told she didn't have lunch due to a meeting with her boss and just closed the door. When I asked her to tell what time would open she just closed the door on our face. Absolutely love this place! I went today to get a urinalysis for my job. I met two wonderful ladies that made my day! Phlebotomist Cindy and Kacy were sooo nice, kind and respectful. Accepted my insurance after I inquired in they were in the Blue Cross network which they responded they were. They are not and want full payment for $1100 in their inflated lab billing charges. Their customer service had no concern for the error made by their location. Told me talk to my insurance company to get the charges covered. Save your time and stress and go elsewhere read more

I went to Lab Corp today for routine blood draw. Rachel was a nightmare. She chastised me for wearing my disposal gloves, was annoyed because I cleaned off the chair seat and arm. She was rude and said I contaminated the chair and that she had to do it again. She said she is 60 years old and doesn't want me to make her sick. She was not able to get the blood drawn. After being mean and rude, I left. This is only part of her Harrassment of me. I am 76 and never been treated like that! She should be fired! Stay away from Rachel! She is not nice nor is she skilled at blood drawing. read more

Never rated a lab before. The great easy experience was my reason for this review. Went to Walgreens location easy kiosk checking and professional service. No front desk or person to talk with which is fine less time wasted. The medical assistant who draws your blood was very accommodating and friendly. Went there on Monday 6/13/22. Arrived at 11:40. Place was closed. Sign on door said closed for lunch 12-1. Came back at 2. Same thing nobody there doors locked. Went home. Called labcorp corp in NC. They assured me the location was open. Went back. CLOSED. Tried calling. Nothing. Next day. Went back. Same. Still closed. Went to two other locations. Boca raton inside a Walgreens. Closed. Then went to powerline location. Finally they were open. Took about a hour but my bloodwork was done. I estimate I spent over a 90min trying to find a location. Gas prices for my car are well over $6 per gallon. Never again will I go there. Also I requested the regional manager to call me they never did. This company does not care about there clients. Been there 3 times in the last year. Always got in right at or before my appointment. Prompt, courteous, great people. I drive past three labcorps in boca because they are rude, condescending and obnoxious. Today, they decided to put someone in from one of the Boca Offices. Yep, rude, condescending and obnoxious. Wanted me to sign a paper to charge my credit card $1199 for a $150 test that was covered 100% buy insurance, but refused to give me a copy for me to show to my doctor or the insurance company. My Dr. Office Administrator also tried to get a copy and was refused. Why can't I have a copy? She also refused to even tell me why she would not give me a copy, just turned the papers over and hid them. What is this scam? Whoever is in charge of Boca needs to be fired, alone with everyone who ever worked in any boca office. read more

If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. We arrived 5 minutes before opening time of 7:30 AM and there were 7 people ahead of us at the door. We were ushered in and waited OVER AN HOUR and there was still no end in sight. The (thoroughly unpleasant) woman who was a one man band (checking us in and doing the testing), was in no hurry and made no effort to accommodate anyone, including a patient who was having a full-blown panic attack in the waiting area. Attention parents: while it says pediatric blood draw - this is NOT the place to go. I made an appointment, entered in all my baby's info including photos of the insurance card. Didn't matter. 1. They made me sign in and check in at a kiosk where you scan your id. But toddlers don't have id. So you have to re-enter all the info again. 2. Asked about a changing table in bathroom. Woman at front told me they don't have one. Seriously? You do pediatric blood draws. So fine ok I'll wait to change him. Then woman at front tells me I could hold kid on my lap to change the diaper. I told her that wouldn't work and that's when the attitude began. 3. Even though I had an appointment time they took walk ins first. I was there with a toddler waiting for an hour. 4. Half an hour in, they requested his insurance card (same one I photographed and entered into the appointment when it was scheduled). 4. 45 min in they asked for his blood work request, which I had in an email. Flat out refused to look at it or accept it. Wouldn't give me their email. Had to call our dr to have them fax order over - which they did right away. (Why wasn't this requested at time of check in or when I scheduled appointment?) 5. Took another ten minutes cause the woman didn't like the form. Finally she found the code. 6. The nurse told me that they don't have the ability to do the finger poke as they don't have the equipment. My pediatrician does this in office. So next time I'll request they do the draw as going into a toddlers vein is far more traumatic. 7. The draw itself went about as expected. Kid survived but I had to hold my baby to get the draw. They didn't seem to understand how hard that is. But the nurses were nice and tried to cheer my little one up. Only good thing about the whole experience. Just do yourself and your kid a favor and don't go here. read more

Worst healthcare experience in a long time. The office was dirty. The clerk and phlebotomist, Nadia, had a terrible attitude and zero blood drawing skills. I was greeted rudely and told to use a machine to check in, despite the fact that she was sitting right there. The office was dirty and in violation of COVID procedures, there was a sign at the door limiting capacity to 4, but there were 6 people in the office and Nadia had her nose outside her mask, while another patient was allowed to wear no mask at all. I should not have let her perform the test. While face to face with me with her mask worn improperly the needle in my arm, Nadia asked me for advice on how to perform the test, and when she was unsuccessful at drawing blood, I had to leave without getting the test done, after putting my health at risk visiting a dirty office without provision for infection control or social distancing. I tried to contact Labcorp corporate offices but there was no response. I will contest the claim if there is one with my insurance company, and will need to fight for a refund for the out of pocket portion of the test which I regret prepaying. Labcorp, you should be ashamed! This is not way to treat patients! read more
