I highly recommend this location of LabCorp. The gentleman who works there, Eli makes the process very easy.

People should know that no matter the facility this may come with indirect some hiccups. Hiccups for these type of places like Genesis include issues like staff/patient ratios, newer or less experienced support staff, high Medicaid usage and all the ramifications of dealing with the range of middle to very low income working class people. With that said, I have found the staff to be pleasant and they're have been effective with follow up calls when needed. Go early and hope to be seen within the hour of your appointment. They typically return the energy you give them, including silence. The guy who does triage and community out reach is great in that he is efficient and relatable. Their telehealth platform sucks. I cld wrk remotely all day but as soon as I try to connect with their system it's intermittently glitchy. I have seen 2 different doctors there (my 1st choice was not available my first time going). Dr Sonia Cuellar is the best, very professional, is knowledgeable without being condescending. She is optimistic in the ways she gives info, feedback, and follow up. Dr. Ducille is polite but less engaging, she's not a hello in passing in the hallway type. Dr.Ducille does the job and I have observed her to being very engaged and relaxed when interacting with staff, perhaps a patient boundaries thing idk.

Heard talking and laughing coming from the back while waiting. Finally some one came to the front. Two other people, appeared to be sales people, also came from the back and left. Got called for my turn, went well. The following morning I got my test results on line and there was no PSA done. The PSA request was on the script. I know because I checked for it when I got the script. That same morning I went back to the lab and asked about the PSA. The tech in charge said it must not have been on the script. When I tried to find a solution (like maybe they still had the script) the tech said she didn't have time for this and slammed the door while going to the back. Not want to cause a bigger scene I left the waiting room. I am now waiting for a call back from corporate. Don't expect any resolution. Will probably have to get another script for PSA and get another blood draw. Please note that the initial visit to this facility was on a Friday when they missed the PSA. The follow up was on Saturday when I had the conflict with the "supervisor" who said she only works Saturdays.

The staff are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. At all four appointments we were called a couple days ahead to explain our copay, then sent reminders, at least twice, then taken ahead of schedule at each visit. Pretty impressive. My last appointment was for an MRI where I needed an IV to administer a dye. I have an emotional reaction to IV's where I often pass out. I told Claudia and Joe (the technicians). They handled it flawlessly. You could not even see a needle mark the next day. They thought it was no big deal. Believe me, it was.

This was at 6080 Boynton Beach Blvd. They called me just before I got back home and tried to make it look as though it was *my* fault for not complaining to them at the front desk before leaving. Wrong. There were people in line at the front desk, and I had already seen them shoo away other patients who tried to approach with questions after checking in. BOTTOM LINE: They're making way more appointments than they have the capacity to service. Also, there is no way to file a complaint by telephone with them. Call their number and you get the infamous "our menu options have changed" greeting, but none of those options involve feedback on their service (or lack thereof).
