Good job for what I needed, which was a simple prescription refill. Go for it. Then grab a fuel fill up and sub next door at WaWa.

With this review, I'm giving 4 stars for the office. But the doctors, nurse practitioners, RNs,…read moreand overall medical care I've received here are 5 stars. I travel internationally and a few days after a long flight I sometimes need my ears and a newly developing cough looked at. I prefer to go directly to this clinic-- rather than waiting for my primary care doctor, I have still chosen to come here about once a year when I need prompt care. On a recent visit when I needed a chest X-ray the provider clearly explained why it was necessary, which I truly appreciated, and agreed with.... Yet I wasn't going to have it done. They were right I'm glad I did it. I've been to this urgent care at least six times over the years--for a foot infection, a cut on my hand, coughs, breathing issues, and ear infections. The biggest positive is the medical care: every doctor, nurse practitioner, and RN I've seen has gone above and beyond my expectations. They have always been thorough, caring, and professional, which is ultimately why I continue to return. My honest criticism is the front-desk experience and overall pace before seeing the provider. Sometimes the desk is unattended, and while the staff are generally efficient, they are not always especially welcoming. The check-in and waiting process before and after can also be slow. Not slow like an emergency room. But I would at least plan two hours to be there if you're lucky an hour and a half. And that's not from being an overcrowded waiting room. That said, I would absolutely go back because the quality of care from the medical providers is what matters most. I recommend checking in online before you arrive, although even with online check-in, don't expect to be seen immediately. If they could improve the front-desk experience and speed up the non-medical parts of the visit, this would be an even better experience.

This is by far the worst MD Now clinic I've been to. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here…read more Most of the time, no one is even at the front desk. When someone finally appeared and said she worked there (but only in the back), she was unnecessarily snarky. I came in solely for a drug screening, yet it still took over an hour just to be brought back. At that point, I was told by the snarky lady was now nicer, "I'm sorry, we don't have the proper specimen cup, but you can go to the other MD Now urgent care 5 miles (21 minutes) away because they have the correct one." Why she could not have told me that when I initially arrived and spoke to her is beyond me. I explicitly stated I was there for a drug screening. Also the online check-in process is pointless--you still have to re-check in on your phone once you arrive, which is completely redundant. Fair warning: if you walk in and see even two people in the waiting room, you're better off going to the ER.

To make a long story short, the medications I was given haven't done a damn thing, and here I am now on my way to the ER for a proper diagnosis since these uneducated FOOLS at MD NOW don't have a single clue what they are doing. Absolute waste of $200, and pending a phone call back from them tomorrow they damn well oughta refund me in full for their incompetence, and the absolute hell I've had to endure in the process. Do NOT come here, you're better suited just going to the ER and dealing with REAL doctors. UPDATE: they misdiagnosed me entirely, and had no business giving me the medications that they gave me, including an antibiotic (my infection was never bacterial). The nurses and doctors at the hospital scratched their heads in confusion when I told them how I was treated, they also said "this isn't uncommon for MD NOW" which was rather maddening. Imagine having that sort of reputation from a hospital's POV! They also told me, and I quote "MD NOW basically just puts everybody on the same medications". How pathetic is that!!! The hospital ultimately gave me a steroid, and it began working on DAY 1!!! If you're reading this review, consider yourself warned. It's like choosing between a motel 6 and the breakers hotel. It's a no brainer folks.
