This company is awful to work with. We had a scheduled appointment for a radon mitigation system…read more The installer told us after seeing the job that it would take more than one day. That was fine with us, but we assumed he would be there two consecutive days. We went back the second day and he had never been there. When I called the company, they told me he was on another job and wouldn't be able to finish until the following Tuesday (it was a Wednesday!!). They schedule jobs they can't finish Just to get the work. We were left with no choice but to wait. It was a major inconvenience for us to have to be home to let him in for another day. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone and then don't follow through. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the installer was very nice and appears to have done a good job so far. They are also extremely expensive.
