I knew right away that this would be a job well done and was not disappointed. He covered everything right down. Including a video tour of the septic line which we jokingly referred to as a colonoscopy for the house. I recommend this service to anyone buying a home but think it would make great sense to have him take a look at your home after you've been living in it for a few years. Scott will point out things you may have overlooked and provides a very helpful and complete report once he has completed the job.

Told the buyers we had a problem with the electric box and needed to hire a electran. Steve is not a very nice man, he is very dispectful, I would never hire or recomend him to anyone. No one needs to be treated badly.

The septic inspection they performed was not adequate in the least. I am learning this now as we are selling and had a septic company come inspect. The septic system was rated functional, with anticipation of replacement in the future. My septic system had a thorough inspection today, the tank was dug out and actually looked at, the cover was not just removed. There was plywood overlying the Steel tank which was deteriorated to a point that it is not safe to even walk over. The home inspector from housemasters did not do a thorough inspection in the least, this is an issue that should have been discovered a year ago. I am a single mother who bought this house with FHA financing, I feel had the real condition had been disclosed I would not have been financially in this situation now. This is morally and ethically unjust. The report is worded in a way that would release them of liability, had it not I would have 100% sued over the financial hit I will be taking selling my home with a failing septic system.

Several years later, we are still dealing with bat issues that were never properly resolved despite multiple attempts. Over the last year alone, I have called at least five times regarding recurring problems, and my husband has also tried reaching him. He consistently dodges phone calls and never returns messages. More recently, we contacted him again to help trap a weasel that has now killed our second flock of chickens. We were given appointment dates twice, and both times I waited over an hour for him to arrive. He never showed up and never followed up afterward. Every time there seemed to be another excuse ... phone problems, another client emergency, animal issues, and so on. My wife even tried once more to give him the benefit of the doubt, but again there was no response. Very unprofessional service and extremely disappointing after the promises that were made. Save yourself the hassle and frustration. We can never get back the time we wasted waiting, and now we have to find someone else who can actually help us.

We needed an inspection on a Sunday morning. The inspectors from Reveal were there with not one but TWO inspectors! They were very detailed and allowed us to walk along with them through the house, which was very educational. I was concerned about the electrical system and one of the inspectors is also a master electrician...he looked at the electrical panel with a special camera that detected a loose connection. The entire process was easy and we were impressed with the report that was delivered quickly. The even gave us a great 150 page home owner's manual! A+++ for the Reveal team! read more

Bob and Rich did a great job with our home inspection for a possible purchase. They were very thorough spending time looking at each element of the house and giving detailed feedback. The report I received was detailed and pointed out specific issues, for example, electrical, roof, deck, etc. I also appreciated that Bob color coded the importance of specific items being addressed by using red for items that needed to be addressed immediately due to safety hazards. read more

The Saturday that was scheduled for home inspection was pouring rain. Regardless they came out and did a thorough job. Having to crawl under the mobile home to make sure everything was looked at and that I knew the condition of everything under there.
