I've been going here for a couple months now. I'm not impressed with how impersonal it is. Changed OBGYN's after moving to NJ. Coming from an office with one doctor to Brunswick Hills where there's 8, is not comforting. I have no idea if I will get to meet all 8 doctors before I give birth or if I will remember them on the day of. I called with a billing & blood resultsquestion once & didn't get a call back for two weeks. For this reason I turn to a family member in the medical field when I have a question or concern about my pregnancy instead of calling the office. I wonder how familiar these doctors are with patients after only meeting for a few minutes maybe once ever? The staff seems friendly enough. Wait times haven't been long at all - a plus. I will update my post after giving birth. After this pregnancy I definitely will not be using this office. I will look for an office with 1-3 doctors max. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. Aside from the wait, the experience was great. I hate needles but I had a really good tech who made it almost painless...I say almost because I'm still a big baby. He collected easily and I was in and out of the chair quickly. He also let me take a Garfield bandaid to show off how "tough" I was. Terrible Experience at NJ365 Urgent Care…read more I took my elderly parent to NJ365 Urgent Care and had a miserable experience due to a fragmented assessment process. Good patient care requires a holistic view, but the doctor here only focused on one piece at a time. This poor process management was evident when they were later forced to change their initial notes after we provided more details. As someone who understands effective process flow, the doctor should have first determined how the condition developed, and then assessed how the patient was feeling. The whole approach felt disjointed and lacked the comprehensive care we expect. I would NEVER recommend NJ365 Urgent Care. If you're nearby, note there is another Urgent Care around the corner.
