I understand that things can run behind, but when I was finally called back, I was asked for my paperwork. I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing experience.

Aside from the wait, the experience was great. I hate needles but I had a really good tech who made it almost painless...I say almost because I'm still a big baby. He collected easily and I was in and out of the chair quickly. He also let me take a Garfield bandaid to show off how "tough" I was. Shout out to Victor, I would actually ask for him by name next time!
