Always nice to me. The techs that have drawn blood for me have been very professional and friendly, not mean and nasty ogres. Sometimes they have to double check the orders but I'd prefer they do so there are no errors. Joke: Why couldn't the doctor read the blood test? It was full of type-Os. read more

My fiancé went here today for a simple blood draw and they had him leave with his arm covered in blood. How they don't make sure their patients arms are clean and properly bandaged is beyond me. His shirt is now ruined too. read more

This place is TERRIBLE. I was there 45 minutes for a simple lab draw. They couldn't figure out what to order in their system, told me I had to provide a credit card even though my insurance should be billed first, and were rude. Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Go anywhere else but here. I can comment knowing I gave them a try more than a few times of disappointing service. The tech was unpleasant. I arrived and watched a gentleman check in after me and they took him first. There is one very nice tech, but you don't always get her. I went to Exeter Hospital and could not have been happier. Arrived at 7:20,opens at 7:30, but only one staff member here and she arrived at 7:28. 7:40 now and 5 people waiting but no service yet... if you are in a hurry, this is not the place, not professional at all. Worst experience at a lab facility. Draw tech was unable to perform employment drug testing even with preprinted forms in hand. No problems at other facilities. Had to return twice given limited drug testing hours and unable to reach staff due to phone "problems". Small dingy location as well. Take the time to travel elsewhere! read more

The staff member I dealt with was excellent, but the facility was dirty, very dirty for a healthcare facility. I stood while having my blood drawn due to the condition of the chair for drawing blood. The textured plastic chair itself showed dirt from years of use and not having been regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The pad, upon which you put your arm, was worn to the point of being torn and having the foam padding under the vinyl cover peeking out through the wear. The pad was very dirty. I will not return until I hear form a reliable source this maintenance and cleanliness problem has been corrected. read more

I have been going to this lab for years but won't be going back. The technician I had was incompetent and kept complaining that she worked too many shifts and was exhausted. Not surprising, even though I warned her that there were multiple tests ordered, she missed the last page and after drawing my blood told me she would have to stick me again. I had already been there for over 40 minutes so I knew I would be late for work so I flew out of there without my coat. I realized I left it on a hook by the chair as I was exiting the parking lot but I needed to go and decided to go back the next morning to get it. When I arrived the next morning the staff claimed there was no coat (no one even bothered looking). I was told by one staff member that "the cleaning people may have taken it". I was upset and called the main office but got zero satisfaction from the callback. Hang on to your valuables at this place and don't let your coat out of your sight! read more

I have chronic kidney disease so I need blood tests every 3 months. I've been going here for a couple of years. This is a convenient location, the staff has always been very friendly. And as far as cleanliness, I have no idea what the another review was talking about. I have never seen it dirty, or unsanitary in any way and I work in the field and know cleanliness and sterilization and have never seen an issue here. I would have given them 5 stars, the reason for the 3 star is because they are impossible to get a hold of. It's easy to make on line appointments but if you need to speak to someone on the phone you will die waiting. They never answer the phone and don't call back when you leave a message. My doctor's office at Brigham and Women's have been calling and leaving messages because they need to get me in for a blood test. They've been calling for a week and haven't been called back yet! read more

Absolutely awful experience. We had an appointment at 3:15 for my 2 year old to get blood drawn. We had to wait until 4:05 to be seen. The appointment did not matter, it was a first come first serve basis. Then the worker had to lock the door to keep more people from coming in, saying that she had to leave by 4. If she didn't leave by 4 she would not be able to get the blood out that day. Customers came at 3:45 and banged and yelled at the door. It was a very hostile situation. The worker had to ignore them. Some managed to get in. Making the situation worse. The worker continued to say that her supervisor promised she could leave at 4 and now she couldn't. She almost was in tears. Shame on the company for not staffing this location adequately. I do not blame the worker, she was clearly dealing with understaffing and it was not her fault. She was excellent with my daughter despite the situation. Although, under the stress she forgot to draw the correct blood samples and now I have to go back (to another location) and get more blood drawn from my two year old. My child should not have to be put through this because of the understaffing of this company. A horrible experience overall. I also felt the place was dirty...and we had to ask the worker to wash her hands before touching my daughter. read more
