But they don't know that, the receptionist never even asked. Her main concern was how we would pay because I didn't have our current insurance information but could get it from my wife later, I just needed my son to be checked out urgently. The receptionist does not care about WHY you're there. After 10 minutes of nothing and a clear message that they don't care, we left for Elliot. Luckily my son got the bug out on the way over because Elliot urgent care was closed. This place is a poor excuse of an urgent care facility.

We went out and celebrated Mother's Day. For the next three days she tries to lead a normal life, but it got worse, not better. Today she's in a foot brace as she just learned a bone in her foot was fractured. And the X-ray of Mother's Day showed the fracture. Completely incompetent hacks. NEVER go to this place.
