Just trying to resolve situation before it creates problems for everyone. Do I have to give stars? Made an appointment online, left work early to get to appointment. Arrived early and found the waiting room an proceeded to wait for over an hour past my appointment time. Today, received an email from them that they had everything processed and would be invoicing my insurance. Great - except they are invoicing my secondary insurance and not my primary. So I call the number and they need an invoice, tell them I don't have this, it was all just done a couple days ago but would like to clear up the insurance information before it causes chaos. They can't do anything about it for 7 days until the invoice comes through. So I try to call the local lab to get them to update it and they can't do anything. They give me customer service number, they can't do anything either and put me through to billing. Billing again advises they need invoice number. I ask them to just update my account to avoid all this trouble of them billing secondary, getting rejected, then having to contact me, billing primary etc. They tell me they can't do that, that they don't keep any records on file. So how are you billing the insurance then?? Also while on the phone with the rep, she proceeds to give customer service attitude, and if you have worked in customer service you know what I mean. I advised her that I don't appreciate it and that I have worked in the field so I know what she is doing. She proceeds to then argue with me that if I would just listen, she is not giving me attitude. Finally gave up, advised I wouldn't be paying any invoices they sent me and she said that was fine, when the information is sent, I can resend my insurance information to them. WTH?! So if you do HAVE to go here, make sure they have ALL your information correctly because they don't care about you or your time. read more

Someone that had an appointment 15 minutes after me was seen before me. Because he checked in and wasn't sure if he needed to confirm with them he asked the lady at the desk. She said she has to help people with appointments first and then walk ins. He said he has an appointment at 2:15 and she said she sees that he's checked in. 15 minutes later he left. My appointment was at 2!! I went up to ask about my appointment and she went to the back to check and said I'm next and I still have to wait 5-10 minutes. It's now 2:40!! I'm so irritated. The person who called me in ZITCLALLI do not wait for me to walk to her. She kept on waking and I had no idea where she went. She was talked really fast while giving directions. Looks like she hates her job. Bad experience altogether. read more

I've come into this office twice now within 2 months and each time it was a fast process. I was kindly greeted by the front office staff who were professional and with a sense of humor. The technicians were also very efficient and professional, and even made me laugh. I'm not sure about other people's experience, but mine on these 2 occasions were great, and I definitely recommend this location. read more

It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. If I'm dealing with anything medical I expect professionalism from everyone in the establishment. All of the techs working at this location today were acting like it was some sort of frat house, coupled with the fact the first tech who was doing a blood draw on me was so focused on her stuff being moved around and the jokes the new guy was doing in the lab she injured me when she tried to do the draw. After three tries (and hurting me) she asked someone else to come in and do the draw. This place should be shut down by the state. And to think it's part of a hospital campus is unbelievable read more

When I walked in my first impression was not great. They've installed kiosks where you essentially register yourself. I much prefer human contact but I won't be surprised if this is the way these things are headed. The wait wasn't too bad and the phlebotomist was wonderful. I have frequent blood draws so I know I'm a tough draw. She listened too me regarding needing to use a butterfly needle off the back of my hand and the draw went off without a hitch. Painless and quick. Thanks to the phlebotomist this will be my new "go to" lab. I guess I'll get used to the kiosks too. read more

Came today for lab tests. They do practice social distancing and have chairs spaced out. They have two self checkin stations. Today they were short on help only 3 people and one had just went to lunch. I was there for a bit, but a funny lady came in and we chatted so the time went by quicker. read more

Sad to say that I went in for some lab work and the two ladies at the front was extremely amateurish and quite vocal about patients calling in over the phone which was uncomfortably unprofessional. Seems as if it's a norm considering how laid back they were. Just their reactions when patients checking in asked about certain things or information, they weren't very informative and seemed to brush them off quickly to get back to their conversations. Mind you majority of these patients were seniors. VERY uncomfortable environment! Terrible service! read more

If we could give them no stars we would. Booked an appointment online for my husband to get his employment drug test done. When I booked it I specifically marked employment drug screen. The next day my husband drove all the way from the bremerton area because federal way was the only one open on Saturday and they turned him away because they don't do urine tests on Saturdays. They couldn't call us ahead of time or have it posted anywhere before you make an appointment? They were also very rude to him while he was there. Do not go here. read more

When you give your doctor's orders to this place make sure they enter them in correctly. After placing 17 phone calls and leaving 17 messages and having my doctor fax over a request four times to get my test results back I finally drove back to the facility to ask them why they can't return a freaking phone call. Instead I'm handed a piece of paper and sold to call this 1-800 number which I did and I got my test results within seconds however their telephone answering machine does not give you that number and nobody calls you back to give you that number so you have to go down and yell at the people to get your test results I hate this facility and if there was one closer to my house I would go to one closer but I'm stuck with this piece of crap. Office manager have your people check your phone messages and call people back it would save a bunch of headaches for everybody involved. read more

As a phlebotomist who got there tests done at this location, the wait wasn't that bad! As for the Phlebotomist (one in particular, starting with a "K") that did my tests was and dare I say; rude. Maybe it was a long shift idk but all I remember was leaving the building feeling worst then when I came in. Patient care(phlebotomist) 2/10. Professionalism(phlebotomist) 6/10. Bedside manner (phlebotomist) 2/10. Assurance 1/10. Venipuncture 8/10. Front desk 9/10. Wait time 10/10. Bathrooms 8/10. read more

These people are horrible. I've only been there twice, but the front desk personnel are extremely unprofessional. On my first visit, they were carrying on personal conversations in front of waiting patients. There was no sense of urgency for patients trying to get to work or on their lunch hours. When I returned there on 10/28 I asked that a copy of my results be sent to me. They agreed, but did not follow through. Two weeks later I called but could not reach a live person and was forced to use voicemail. Again, I did not receive a call back and also did not receive my bloodwork! Yesterday, I returned to the lab and had the worst experience of all. There was only one person at the desk and she basically told me "too bad" - "call the 800# if you're not satisfied". Yes, I did call the 800# and spoke to a nice guy named Ryan. He said that my results will be sent to me today. We'll see. I will be sharing this experience with my health care provider and will discourage them from using LabCorps in the future. Don't go there if given an another option. read more

Zero stars! Wow! Useless employees. The guy at check in was a jerk when I said I didn't have my paperwork. They took my paperwork from my at my last visit and never gave it back to me. After I explained it he was still rude and shrugging his shoulders like he didn't want to help me. Totally unprofessional. What am I supposed to do when you all can't even do your jobs correctly. I've been going to this lab for years and really liked it before it switched to LabCorp. The phlebotomists are great. There are a few who have been there for awhile who are very friendly and do a good job I am not at all a fan of the new kiosks. It seemed like the process was a lot faster and easier before. They also keep the lights down in the waiting area now for some reason so it feels dark in there. One of the receptionists I have not seen before had a really poor attitude and that probably dampened the whole experience the most. Her tone just seemed like she was completely annoyed and she acted like everyone who spoke to her was a nuisance that she didn't want to deal with. read more
