I have gone to the Bellevue location in the past 2 years for…read moremy annual eye exam so this is my first visit at this location (only location that has an open spot for the following day that is close to where I live... and yes, I procrastinate & wait until last minute.. so don't judge lol) Anyway, I wanted to give a shoutout to Dr. Ryan Secrest and his amazing technician, unfortunately I forgot her name but she's awesome! I came in with my sister & my little toddler who loves to just run around and touch just about anything he sees. He gets very loud at times where people look at us weird (like geez he's just a cute little child) Dr. Secrest had to deal with my toddler making noises but didn't seem like it bothered him. The technician made us feel comfortable & I could tell she loves her job. It was an in & out appointment. No long wait, no hassle & it went very smooth. Yay!!

    I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews because things come up, life happens, people have bad…read moredays ect...... but what happened today was completely  unprofessional and could have been avoided. I made my son an eye exam appointment in February for April 2nd (today)..... So kaiser had 2 months to reach out to me with any  new findings or revelations, But did they? No, of course not. They wait until half an hour  before my  sons appointment to tell me the eye doctor called in sick.  Okay, people get sick. Fair enough, I was fine with rescheduling but then they proceeded to tell me that my insurance supposedly "does not cover eye exams "  I beg your pardon? Why would you Schedule an eye exam for me, if my insurance did not cover it?  You have to pull up my chart with ALL my insurance and medical information to schedule any appointment correct? Nobody caught this? And furthermore, why are you waiting  30 MINUTES before my appointment to tell me? All this to say, kaiser wasted my time and they didn't need to. Please do better.

    I had an MRI there about 6 weeks ago. I have MS which has caused Spinal Stenosis and Sciatica VERY…read morePAINFUL. The lady who did the MRI put a pillow under my leg which was helpful, but when it was over she came and just ripped the pillow from under my leg and hurt so much a cried. No apology no help no caring, I had to hold my leg up myself from a lying position until I could actually sit up and somewhat walk. They also do not use the T 7 MRI machines which are not as diagnostic for lesions as the old ones which they use SO seems that their diagnosis isn't much of one, I'm sure there's are a lot of ones who are positive but as I said the MRI cannot see all the lesions especially in the gray matter even the white matter. We are paying all this money for a 100% diagnosis not this. After all these years not using T 7. All health carers should be kind. This lady was not, she was curt, not friendly and definitely not caring that she hurt someone.

All for a 8am phone call from Evette saying they're calling to cancel my appointment because they can't do my echo. So I told her that they were able to do my echo and just couldn't do my vascular. So she talked to a "Tech" and they told her the stuff my doctors want my images for they don't do. So I start getting irritated because bouncing back and forth from dr to dr a couple days a week for a month now is just a lot for anyone. But all I got was "we're canceling your appointment." Then she says the tech said I should just get it done by the same place I'm getting my vascular imagining so it'll be cheaper. Things like this is why a lot of people just don't bother and just live their life. With all of that I called my drs office and told them so I had to wait for a call back so I held in my pee even more. Then they tell me the tech never said they didn't do it but that I should just get it done at the other place. When all I kept saying to them was that they are able to do it and they kept saying they didn't. I really hope that call was being recorded. Thank you for the 8am wake up call to cancel my appt because you guys weren't able to do it. It's great getting 3 hours of sleep to bullshit. And been in the phone or waiting around the phone to see what's going on. Well 6 hours later I'm going to finally get some rest!

Arrived early and found the waiting room an proceeded to wait for over an hour past my appointment time. Today, received an email from them that they had everything processed and would be invoicing my insurance. Great - except they are invoicing my secondary insurance and not my primary. So I call the number and they need an invoice, tell them I don't have this, it was all just done a couple days ago but would like to clear up the insurance information before it causes chaos. They can't do anything about it for 7 days until the invoice comes through. So I try to call the local lab to get them to update it and they can't do anything. They give me customer service number, they can't do anything either and put me through to billing. Billing again advises they need invoice number. I ask them to just update my account to avoid all this trouble of them billing secondary, getting rejected, then having to contact me, billing primary etc. They tell me they can't do that, that they don't keep any records on file. So how are you billing the insurance then?? Also while on the phone with the rep, she proceeds to give customer service attitude, and if you have worked in customer service you know what I mean. I advised her that I don't appreciate it and that I have worked in the field so I know what she is doing. She proceeds to then argue with me that if I would just listen, she is not giving me attitude. Finally gave up, advised I wouldn't be paying any invoices they sent me and she said that was fine, when the information is sent, I can resend my insurance information to them. WTH?! So if you do HAVE to go here, make sure they have ALL your information correctly because they don't care about you or your time.
