Extremely unorganized - I had an appointment at 11:30 - they do not run on time - what's the point of making an appointment One bathroom for all patients One patient in bathroom for an extremely long time as line grew longer and longer- we alerted the staff over and over and nobody showed any concern of the patient still in the bathroom for over 30 + minutes A long Line of people waiting to leave a urine sample 10 + people The staff said we had to leave the urine sample before a blood sample was drawn - which was the opposite last week when I was here on Thursday They continuously overbook appointments There are at least 40 people in the waiting room The quality of care is way below standards read more

First time here and the wait time was not as bad as I expected and read in reviews, the reason why I am giving two stars is because while waiting for my kids to get their blood drawn, in the room next to us was a older couple who did not speak English and the staff "helping" them was SO RUDE !!! It is absolutely hectic inside. They tell you to wait outside and then call your name out so if you are waiting outside, you miss it. The first phlebotomist (didn't get her name) was extremely rude. I've always had issues getting labs drawn and having small veins but she was fishing around excessively and way too fast to even be looking for anything. The second phlebotomist, Chantelle, was AMAZING. She took her time, didn't poke me randomly and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. She truly went the extra mile! I have had two blood draws since writing my original review. They have been so much better. Making appointments makes the difference. From the amount of people in the waiting room, I'm thinking that the majority of people are making appointments. I come here for my routine blood work and I find this office to be professional. The care of the staff when taking bloodwork is soft and easy to get my blood. It's always clean and fresh. They do prefer you to make appointments, but will take walk ins. read more

I visited LabCorp today Feb 14, 24 for my annual bloodwork, and it was my first time at this location. My insurance company recently made the switch earlier this year. I made an appointment online about 2-3 weeks prior, and this location was the only one with an available spot. My appointment was at 10:45 am, and I arrived at 10:30 am just to be early. The location was easy to find, situated between Baseline and Beech Blvd, inside a small strip mall shared with Rite Aid. Fortunately, I was able to find parking upon arrival. The line inside was long, and all the seats were full, but they had 2 windows open. I informed them of my appointment, provided my paperwork, and was called in just a few minutes later. The process was fast and easy. I noticed that those without appointments had to wait longer, so I was grateful for booking ahead. The staff was very nice, friendly, and efficient. The place was clean and well-maintained overall. The staff drew my blood, and I felt that she cared for me by asking a few personal questions. I didn't take a picture inside for privacy issues. It is a very busy facility, but it's great that they prioritize people who have made appointments. I thankfully didn't have to wait long once I checked in. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the black lady who drew my blood. Not only was she using the gloves to touch me and stuff around but once she was done she called her coworker to gossip and laugh as they were looking at my referral. They kept looking at me and gossiping. I can't stress how unprofessional and uncomfortable that made me feel. I will never come back here again and I hope my test are still accurate. read more

Huffing & puffing that her job is to stand at the door, telling people they don't do walk ins, go to another location, then telling us with appointments "okay check in on your phone & come back later" thanks that's so helpful. She also won't let people sit inside unless you ask. Then the front desk lady that was there today, also it's obvious she hates her job, was wearing black today & had glasses. I got up to ask a question & she just looks at me, back to her computer, to papers, then rudely looks at me "you have a question??" Yes, obviously that's why I'm waiting here looking at you. The back area..disgusting, dirty, boxes everywhere-where it's a major trip hazard for anyone, then the restrooms are obviously not checked, there was no toilet paper or paper towels, pee everywhere. Had the worst experience. Got to the building around 5:40 am and waited till opening at 7. Not only did I wait over an hour and a half but the lady who was helping crowd control and with guest was so rude! She kept rolling her eyes whenever a Hispanic person needed her assistance, she was giving so much attitude to those who couldn't speak English, rolling her eyes when the lobby was a bit packed and telling people to get out and she will call them up so they were aware of the next patient yet didn't do so . Giving smart remarks to Spanish speakers when they needed help such as " I don't understand you but if you dont know your address I don't know it so I can't help you " when all she needed to do was ask for a translator since the guest couldn't understand . I went to Labcorp this morning for my routine bloodwork. I made this appointment over two weeks ago. The lab has a very small lobby and is not enough to accommodate a large number of people WHO DID NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND JUST WALKED IN. Labcorp might want to put a sign that reads "PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE IF YOU DID NOT MAKE APPOINTMENT AND SAVE THE SEATS IN THE LOBBY FOR CLIENTS WHO MADE APPOINTMENT." That really makes me wonder and feel bad for the staff. The staff feel rushed when there are too many people to provide services to. People complaining about staff being "rude" would never understand that the staff can feel overwhelmed because of people just coming into the lab without appointment and expecting to be attended to immediately with a smile. It is easy to make an appointment online, I can check in over the phone as well. Celia did my bloodwork today. As usual, it was a quick and easy blood draw. Don't waste your time coming to this location. Had an appointment, came in 10 minutes early and waited 45 minutes to "check in again". I was told I had to give a urine sample first before they would draw my blood. I drank a lot of water before I came, had to go to the restroom, they should have given me the cup when I got here, not 45 minutes later. Lobby is overfilled, more people waiting outside and in their cars. I could be here for hours before I can urinate again, then they'll draw my blood.... I missed work for this... read more

My personal experience was fine. But I did see quite a few non-English speakers having issues with checking in and not one of the receptionists would get off their chair to help them check in. Instead they would give sarcastic remarks like "Well what does the screen tell you to do?" One elderly gentleman was having issues for about 20 minutes. I am bilingual and I was able to help him out but it is sad that none of the employees that were working that day assisted or even tried to help him check in. They had a sign out front saying to go to a different location so I called the other location and they didn't know anything about this so I called corporate... they didn't know anything about this and THEY called them, didn't pick up of course and a complaint was filed. long story short these people run this location how THEY want. To the representative that was working the front office today ..with the glasses on . Let me just tell you that you are beyond rude & unprofessional and have such poor customer service.
