So I went on our good ol' Yelp and found this wonderful urgent care. Everything about this experience - the first phone call with Gabrielle, her care, concern and professionalism; her being on the ball and so efficient( btw she is a US Navy Veteran)- this set the tone for a great and calming visit. Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized. When your primary doctor can't see you right away, we rely on the advise of an urgent care doctor.... so i head to Haven Elite. I had explained to the doctor that my back had been injured for over 2 weeks so he prescribed 5mg of Flexeril for 10 days. After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance. read more

Haven Elite Urgent Care is the best urgent care I have ever been in my life!! All staff and Dr. Cho are amazing and very professional! Especially, please listen special needs moms: your special needs kids are SAFE at this clinic!!!! They were very patient, caring, friendly and supportive towards my non verbal boy. A very kind nurse gave my kids stickers and lollipops after nose swabs for lab tests. They have X-ray at this site so they can detect any issues very quickly. I recently visited Haven Elite Urgent Care, and I'm very grateful for the care I received. Dr. Cho was extremely professional in handling my case -- he carefully examined my wound and explained everything clearly. Thankfully, I didn't need stitches, which was a huge relief! Even though there's an urgent care much closer to my house, I chose to come here because of a wonderful experience about 10 years ago when my wife was treated for severe back pain. The doctor at that time took the time to explain that she didn't need a steroid shot, but instead gave her a different injection and taught her how to strengthen her weak muscles. Ever since then, she's been doing her stretches and has never had that pain again -- it truly amazed us! Dr. Cho's wife, Chloe who is also a veterinarian located in the same plaza, is such a kind and knowledgeable person. I had a nice chat with her on my way out, which made the visit even more pleasant. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly, the staff is wonderful, and it's so clean. I really had the best experience given the circumstances. Max, my MA was fantastic! Knowledgeable, funny, and professional. The star of the show, Dr. Chen. He is so kind, thoroughly explained everything, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I have (unfortunately) been seen at this UC several times in the last few years. They have been the absolute best. From front desk gals, to being seen by Dr, has always been above par. I went with a busted lip that needed stitches and realized upon check in that my medical group had changed, and this location was no longer "in network." They informed me that they no longer take my insurance. Doctor still saw me briefly, diagnosed, told me what to, and gave me an ice pack. This is my go to spot for urgent care when needed. It doesn't matter if its for myself or for my children. We haven't had a bad experience yet. Dr Cho is excellent! I have been to this urgent care on 4 occasions so far. Each and everytime I have not been at this location for longer than 2 hours! From the time I walk into the door to the time I walk out. The process is seamless. Reception is always warm and welcoming. It is a calming enviornment. They verify insusrnace quickly. Triage happens incredibly quicky as well. Dr. Cho orders whatever testing that is needed and the results are given so fast! I have had x-rays done here and leave with the radiologist report and cd to take to a specialist when needed. I am so thankful to have this urgent care right down the street and will continue to come back whenever the need arises. read more

Great customer service and didn't even wait 5 minutes. Did X-rays and received the exact medication I needed. This review is solely based on the office and treatment I received today June 23rd when I came in to seek help. Before I showed up I verified on my blue shield of California HMO plan online under the account I set up that gave me their location as being part of my plan and I went a step further and called them directly and spoke to a young woman who asked me for my medical subscriber ID and she put me on hold and came back and said she verified I could come there. So I came in and got a different woman who told me no o can't go there and then she brings out another woman black hair long who tells me the same thing and I tried to explain that I called and was told I could go and also verified on my blue shield of California website I even pulled it up on my phone app and showed her it clearly says Haven Elite Urgent Care. Instead of saying I see yes that is confusing we need to update that on our end she proceeds to treat me very rudely and condescending and shifts the blame back on me even after proving it to her. the dr even chimed in at some point and told her she needs to update that change. the care from doctors u receive here is excellent but their desk staff is absolutely rude and awful. why can't they just validate someone instead of arguing and putting blame on the customer read more

These people are CROOKS. My wife brought my son here for cough/cold that lasted for a couple weeks. We have blueshield PPO insurance which my wife handed them during check-in. They told her they will have to charge her $124 and return it once insurance is billed for the visit but we never got the money back but got an added bill $54.69 instead. How can they not truthfully tell upfront how much the visit will with our PPO insurance and how can they not say if they accept our insurance or not. Place is definitely shady, hope someone else doesn't get caught off guard and make the same mistake we did. Most other urgent place we have gone to in the past either charge $20 dollar co-pay when we had blueshield HMO to $0 dollars now that we have PPO but have always been told upfront how much the visit will cost. He wrote me two prescriptions and sent me over to Walgreens across from his office, they must know him well I only had to wait 15 minutes for my prescriptions. I recently visited an Urgent Care clinic and had a very positive experience. The clinic is clean, and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. While you should expect a wait of at least 3 hours at most urgent cares, our visit took only 2 hours in total. I took my husband in for an injury, and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency. As soon as we left, we received a text from our pharmacy that his medications were ready! The attending physician was thorough and explained everything in detail. My husband had a bad foot pain. His specialist for his foot sent him to get x/rays. But the x-ray place cancelled on him twice. So I sent him here because he was in so much pain. Dr. Yi Zhang took care of him so well. She made sure to give him his CD for his X-rays- gave him his medical report- even texted him in case he misplaced them or his doctor said he couldn't read the x-ray CD. Dr. Chen was great, too, but I understand he recently left to pursue private practice. I've had a rough year, and they've taken excellent and timely care of me, and my wife, when we needed help. I've also seen two of their newly hired providers, but I wasn't really happy with them. This place is the best! I stubbed my toe about 3 weeks ago and figured it would heal on its own, but it has just been getting worse. I knew I needed to get it x-rayed, but I have dreaded going to the doctor who would send me to an imaging place, and maybe then an orthopedist..... such a hassle. So I have been hobbling around with this bum toe and finally decided to go into Haven Elite Urgent Care because they have an x-ray machine. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and there was no one in the waiting room (which is rare, but I got lucky!) and they took me right on back. They indeed x-rayed my foot there on the spot, and confirmed my toe was fractured. They taped me up, sent me home with one of those orthopedic shoes, and I was on my way! They did give me a referral to an orthopedist, but in the meantime, at least I know what's wrong and I can manage to get along with this shoe. Totally saved me from dealing with a whole day or even 2-3 days of appointments and time, as well as a trip to the medical supply place. No one wants to go to urgent care, but when we have to, this is the place to go. Very well run, professional, friendly, and the convenience can't be beat. They're a gift to our community read more

I was sent here due to Quest diagnostics not having urine sample kits, which they informed me about after I arrived, not after I scheduled the appointment. I scheduled the appointment on the same day. Quest sent me to Cocentra, which actually had staff to talk to when I got there, at Quest nobody was available to talk with till they called me back, to inform me they did not have sample kits. I'm hard to impress and have a critical eye for things and Haven Elite has won me over big time. I highly recommend them if your sick and need to see a doctor right away.
