    Facility was super clean!

    Great experience! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Check in staff was super friendly, Medical Assistant was kind and professional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dr. Cho was very nice, knowledgeable and I felt like a genuinely cared. Wish he could be my primary care physician! I was out in less than 30 minutes. Facility was super clean!

    If you’re interested in the Rapid Antigen, results are final in 15 minutes. If you are interested in the PCR, results are final within 3-5 business days.

This is a genuine complaint…read moreRegarding MRI Scheduling Failures and Patient Treatment I need to express my frustration regarding the repeated scheduling failures and unprofessional treatment my husband and I experienced while trying to obtain medically necessary imaging through RadNet. My husband is 78 years old and currently battling cancer, making these scans critical for evaluating his condition and guiding treatment. At our first MRI appointment, we were turned away because staff said they needed documentation regarding my husband's heart stent. We understood the safety concern, obtained the requested paperwork, and were ready for the rescheduled appointment At the second appointment, we were again turned away--this time because we were told he needed to wait two weeks after port placement before having the MRI. What was frustrating is that he already had the port at the first appointment, yet no one mentioned this requirement then. At the third appointment, 40 minutes into our drive we received a call informing us that only one scan would be completed and the MRI would need to be rescheduled yet again. At the fourth appointment, we encountered a rude technician who first stated my husband could not have the MRI because of his heart stent. I explained this was incorrect and provided documentation showing the stent was MRI-safe. After reviewing the paperwork, the technician changed his explanation and said the MRI could not be done because an intake form incorrectly indicated my husband had an internal pump. I explained he does not have an internal pump--he has a port--and offered to correct the form. When my husband asked where to sign the corrected paperwork, the technician abruptly grabbed the papers from his hands and stated, "He doesn't know what to sign." I found this deeply disrespectful. My husband is 78, battling cancer, and simply needed clear instruction and a little patience. Most concerning was the contradictory reasoning. Were we being denied the MRI because of the stent or because of an incorrect intake answer? The explanations kept changing. After leaving, we went to another RadNet location with the exact same stent documentation. Staff there confirmed immediately that the stent was MRI-compatible and safely scheduled the scan. This raises an obvious question: How can one RadNet facility refuse the MRI because of the stent, while another RadNet facility confirms the same stent is safe? The repeated cancellations, inconsistent medical screening, poor communication, and lack of compassion caused unnecessary stress and delayed important cancer care. Cancer patients and their families deserve professionalism, competence, kindness, and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at the Grove RadNet location.

    had my third scan here at 10w6d. first two scans were perfect and felt reassured by the tech who…read moretalked us through the scans both times. today, i got a different tech and she didn't explain anything which created more anxiety. she took the CRL but didn't tell us what baby was measuring. i had to ask her which was so odd given that we schedule these appointments to see if baby's growth is progressing. she was pretty quiet the whole time even though baby was measuring on target and fast beating heartbeat could be seen. as a tech, i expect you to explain what we are seeing, "this is baby's head, this is baby's belly, baby is measuring..." i didn't go to ultrasound tech school so i'm relying on you to tell me. anyway, perhaps she saw something concerning? now i have a week to worry until my NT scan. also, when the appt ended she told my husband and i to wait in the waiting area while she prints the photos. waited about 5-10 minutes which made my nerves skyrocket. apparently the printer wasn't working? hmm idk...perhaps we just got a tech that isn't as experienced but this appt left me with more anxiety. i took a video during the appt and there were multiple opportunities to take a still image while baby was in the perfect position. instead we got two very poor photos. i may continue coming here to see baby in between OB appts because i do really believe this imaging center is very well run and the promos are great. but i do hope that i get the same tech i got the first two times. i believe she might be the owner or lead tech.

I arrived a little after 8 a.m. when they opened, and the lobby was already full, so I wasn't sure how long I'd be waiting. After checking in and filling out paperwork, it took about 30 minutes before I was called back, which was quicker than I expected. Once inside, the process moved fast. They took my X-rays and let me know the results would be sent to my doctor within 3 to 5 days. Will you get what you're there for? Absolutely. Would I recommend this place? Yes, I would. But overall I'm keeping my review neutral because the experience had both positives and areas that could be improved.

If you go to the Radnet imaging online site the voicemail directs you too to find available walk-in locations, yet the grove site is always listed as "not taking walk-ins today". If you attempt to call the Grove location directly and push 7 to speak to a person at the front desk. They allow it just to ring and ring until the voicemail picks up. So basically if you need x-rays, this is not the place to go.

My doc originally sent my referral for another radiology provider, who uses a "traditional" MRI at their RC location. After painfully walking across the parking lot and climbing steep stairs into the trailer, I got about halfway into that machine and realized I wasn't going to be able to breathe! I'm a big guy, and not particularly claustrophobic, but I can't imagine someone of even normal size being anything but terrified by these things without substantial sedation. Remembering HSI and their Open MRI from a couple years ago, I jumped through the hoops to get my referral redirected to them. The difference is like night and day. The office decor and people immediately put you at ease and the open machine didn't make me feel claustrophobic at all, let alone restrict my breathing like the other one.

I arrived at 4:35 and checked in. I still had to wait over an hour ! Past my scheduled time. I don't understand why they said I could get seen earlier. I still waited past my scheduled time and finally got seen at 5:45 It was a complete waist of my time. When I asked the receptionist why they had told me I could come in earlier they said yes her answer was "I don't know who told you that " she was very apologetic but still a waste of my time.
