X rays on the premises. I was rear ended in a car accident. I was rocked. My back, neck and right shoulder were jacked up. I went to a hospital ER in the area and it was slammed. So I went on our good ol' Yelp and found this wonderful urgent care. Everything about this experience - the first phone call with Gabrielle, her care, concern and professionalism; her being on the ball and so efficient( btw she is a US Navy Veteran)- this set the tone for a great and calming visit. Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized. There were complimentary mini water bottles and some snacks for the patients. Great medical establishment.

After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance.

There was one test I couldn't get done because she said it had to be done in the morning . I came in today to get that test done when l was called in phlebotomist pronounce my name wrong so just ask did you mean Jeannette and the phlebotomist answered it could've been Jeannette, but I saw Janet. I don't have my glasses on today you'll have a name different name today. She didn't asked what was the name of the lab that I was getting and I told her I couldn't remember and then she asked who ordered this lab and I honestly I couldn't remember who ordered it. I was getting a lot of test done it could've been my dermatologist. I honestly couldn't remember. I just know that the previous phlebotomist had placed that lab on hold then the phlebotomist of today proceeded to scold me that next time I need to know the doctor's name she's very rude. You could tell that she was mad or upset about something total different experience from the first one. I think the only thing good I have to say about today was that I did come in without an appointment and I did get called in pretty soon.

Instead of calmly listening and explaining the process, she decided to judge me and telling me to have patience. Her comment was just rude and disrespectful. We are adults and many of us have patience. We have been sitting there for hours. We don't need to be told to like a child to sit and wait! These technicians need to be nice, professional, and respectful. They should remove the person's name after calling their names instead of wondering why your name disappeared and they don't call your name in a reasonable time.

With my appointment is was about 15-20 min., wait which was completely fine and to be expected. You never know the situation they may be dealing with back there. There just moving the needle in and out. And I told her something. And there like yes there's blood coming at the very end a month later for results, they ended up telling me not enough blood was taken out, so my child stood there crying and left with black purple bruises .. So it was all for nothing!! And most importantly it was a very important test my son suffers from allergies and we're going determine what it could be and he constantly suffers from it scratches and crys from hurting.. And this just through that option away. And left with do blood work again I think this shouldn't happen to anyone . Especially in occasion like this !!!!!
