This is the second time me going to this location. The first time was good. The girl was very kind. She called my name correctly. She verified the doctor. There was one test I couldn't get done because she said it had to be done in the morning . I came in today to get that test done when l was called in phlebotomist pronounce my name wrong so just ask did you mean Jeannette and the phlebotomist answered it could've been Jeannette, but I saw Janet. I don't have my glasses on today you'll have a name different name today. She didn't asked what was the name of the lab that I was getting and I told her I couldn't remember and then she asked who ordered this lab and I honestly I couldn't remember who ordered it. I was getting a lot of test done it could've been my dermatologist. I honestly couldn't remember. I just know that the previous phlebotomist had placed that lab on hold then the phlebotomist of today proceeded to scold me that next time I need to know the doctor's name she's very rude. You could tell that she was mad or upset about something total different experience from the first one. I think the only thing good I have to say about today was that I did come in without an appointment and I did get called in pretty soon. read more

This review is for one staff (white & stocky) that can ruin their reputation. I saw my name on the check-in disappeared for a few minutes and no one was calling my name. Other names were being called. I didn't want to just sit there without saying a word. A staff came to the door to call on someone, and I decided to ask her. Instead of calmly listening and explaining the process, she decided to judge me and telling me to have patience. Her comment was just rude and disrespectful. We are adults and many of us have patience. We have been sitting there for hours. We don't need to be told to like a child to sit and wait! These technicians need to be nice, professional, and respectful. They should remove the person's name after calling their names instead of wondering why your name disappeared and they don't call your name in a reasonable time. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I had an appointment for 1:20PM to get some bloodwork done per my doctor's orders and following the instructions on the confirmation email, I arrived 10 minutes early to check in at the kiosk. I check in, scan my ID and insurance card and the machine tells me I'm number 103, to take a seat and wait to be called. I do so. I did expect to not be seen at 1:20 because realistically when are you ever seen on time for any medical appointment, but this was ridiculous. I had an appointment and waited over an hour. People who arrived easily 30 minutes after I did, were seen before I was. I looked at the screen which had all the appointments on display and the order of walk-ins to find that my name isn't showing up. After waiting over an hour, I just left. There is NO ONE you can ask for help or ask questions to because they're all behind a locked door. There's no window or desk to inform someone you've been skipped or ask a question. As if that wasn't bad enough, I had been fasting since 9AM (1:20PM was the earliest appointment I could get). What's the point of making an appointment and checking in if the damn machine isn't going to check you in? If my appointment was cancelled I have NO idea, because there was ZERO communication. Wasting time on my ONLY day off this week was not something I wanted to do today. Now I have to go to different location NEXT WEEK (on my ONLY day off) pushing back all my medial care just because of the ineptitude of this place. This location and its staff are a JOKE! read more

I really liked it here. I wanted to dislike it because of the low rating but it's hard to dislike. I walked in on a Monday afternoon as a walk-in and had to wait about 45 minutes. They have a screen available to see how many people are waiting and how many people have appointments. This place is very clean and the staff was amazing and friendly. I think the worst part was having to wait, but I did not have an appointment so I expected to wait. frustrated. Came to get blood drawing at 7 am when the doors opened. There was only 4 people appt and 2 walk in I'm the 2 walk in. Now this place is packed. No sitting room 10 walk ins and none of us have been called. Manager needs to improve the way patients are seen. get 5 appt and 1 walk in things will be smoother instead they have NOT called in 1 walk in 2 hours. I understand making appointments is a better way. But when the website kicks you out you're unable to make an appt. So then try to call and they keep saying you need to make an appt online. Horrible customer service, not organized, and a waste of time. I booked a basic bloodwork appointment a month prior and when I arrived there were 10 people in line to checkin to the minimal 2 kiosks. By the time I checked in it said my appointment had been cancelled because I was more than 10min late; seriously?!?! No one came out to call my name. No separate line for people who had appointment. And no instructions told me I would need to show up 20min early. Plus this was 10min after the opened. Even with an appointment, they ran about 30 minutes late from my time. Lady who took my labs had me wait longer at her station as she stepped away for a personal phone call. When she returned, she was very rude and demanding and also left my arm bruised as she just shoved the needle into my arm rather aggressively. Will not be going back. read more

2 stars for being so close to my home. This review is from over a year ago but I wish I would have looked at these reviews before coming here... I tried giving this place a few tries since I have blood work done often but it's just not worth it. The last 2 appointments I had blood drawn was with the same phlebotomist the first time she hurt me but I figured I'd give her another try maybe she was new at this, the second time she literally stabbed my vein! I had a white sweater on that day and when she was done I put my sweater back on and I started feeling something going down my arm and I look and see I had bleed through my sweater. I told her I was bleeding through so she tried applying pressure and she couldn't stop the bleeding I was there maybe an extra 10 minutes waiting for it to stop. They don't even greet you when you come in the door And if you have an issue there's no one to help you they stay behind the locked glass door... Even fast foods that have kiosks are more helpfull welcome 2 Thunderdome And the Era of laziness... I will compare this lab with Lab Corp employees because quest lab employees sure take their sweet time getting patients in n out of the place as to lab quest are really quick even if your a walk in and that is how Quest diagnostic employees should be. I showed up without an appointment as I usually don't schedule one but during covid 19 there are some changes which was no problem as they were nice enough to see me without one. Wait time was less than 15 min., & they were amazing with drawing my blood and talked me through every step whike asking if I was okay.. They were very pleasant and kind. I just left this lab and was sad to see the attitude and demeanor of 2 of the staff here. They spoke rudely to many as if we are deaf, and dumb. Repeating themselves and constantly speaking harshly, this is not the way to treat patients. I have worked in customer service and guest relations my entire life and this place would definitely benefit in RE- training. We the patient already don't want to get labs done, so it makes it worse when staff is unhappy, slamming down the printer machine and speaking down to you. I have been to this lab on 3 different occasions now. Each visit has been a good one. Checking in is a breeze, they have 2 tablets on the front counter. All these tablets ask for is "your name, phone number, and dob". The process is a quick one, I'm usually in and out in 2o minutes or less. The lobby is nice and big, and very clean. Horrible service here, long wait times. They try to squeeze as much people in a day then take their lunch and leave people waiting for hours. (4-6HOURS+) workers here are very unprofessional and rude. I demanded to the worker I wanted to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor isn't even on SITE. Instead they give you a number to call and contact a supervisor (which doesn't answer the phone call). Band around my arm was very loose so my veins didn't pop out like they usually do. Nurse proceded with a Hail Mary and surprise barely any blood came out. So he pulls out a little and wiggled the needle. I got so close to slapping the shit out of him but I held it in. Pulls it out and forgets the cotton ball so blood squirts all over. Then he performs another Hail Mary, he got lucky this time. Quest clearly scrapes the bottom of the barrel when hiring or has little to no training. Good luck if you use this office. I was in and out within 15 minutes for blood. you can request appointments online and when you check-in can use the QR code or confirmation code. the ladies were very nice and attentive. haven't had the best experiences in the past with getting blood drawn, and was little anxious about having to get four viles, but they were able to find a vein with ease. should I ever have to get blood again will definitely return. read more

Not my first time here, but today Irving checked me in and my phlebotomist was Marian. She was very easy going and charismatic.Had an appointment and waited maybe 10 15 minutes. Every time I've been here all employees I've interacted with are very nice. Haven't seen anyone getting mistreated in any way. If anything I've seen employees put up with patients catching attitudes and getting all in their feelings. Today an older gentleman snapped because he didn't have his glasses therefore, he refused to check in at kiosk and rejected all help to reschedule his appointment. One of the lab techs in the facility, Teresa , is extremely confrontational and disrespectful not only to healthcare professionals who are dropping off lab work for patients, but the actual patients that come into the building. She is condescending towards patients and speaks very low to them Including and nurses that come in to deliver blood. She has a very rude tone of voice when speaking with her and will deliberately make you wait longer. If you come to this lab, be prepared to be spoken to like a child. They also never have their ducks in a row when it comes to dropping off lab work. They misplace paper work , they don't check people in correctly, and they basically tell you you're SOL if you don't have everything in line. Extremely unhelpful and lazy. I waited almost 45 mins once just to drop off blood!! Teresa Jeffers also criticizes and belittles staff in front of patients, out in the open where everyone can hear. It's embarrassing. She will answer your questions with questions which is very disrespectful as well. She speaks to everyone like they are children and acts like she is allowed to speak to people the way that she does.
