We had the privilege of requiring care because our family of five was exposed to a strep throat infection. So our family which consists of three adults and two children were seen in less than 1 hour and we were engaged and updated throughout the entire process. To add to the complexity of my family you must also understand that all three adults in my family are registered nurses and have extremely high expectations of healthcare when it's being provided to our family. We discussed this urgent care visit and we are all just so impressed with this place that we will return to this urgent care at the moment that we have another concern. We will definitely be repeat patients here. We are sold with a front desk clerk who was awesome, the nurse, and the paramedic that Captured our vitals we friendly & efficient, and lastly, but certainly not least the awesome physician was so SO empathetic in his care & approach we are just overwhelmed by the superior quality of the care we received . I have wondered on many different occasions if physicians even care about their "bedside manner" anymore because it just seems sad because Everyone is in a rush and no one takes the time to be polite and listen anymore. When my son developed a sudden cough on a Friday night, I checked the website to make sure Tricities had rapid Covid tests (it said they did, right on the landing page), and then drove 45 minutes to get him checked out. When I walked in, I was directed to a posted sign that said the office was out of rapid Covid tests. Okay, fine. Annoying that only people coming into the clinic would find that out, but I could take him somewhere else for that part. I said I would just get my son checked out to make sure nothing else was going on. Then I was informed that due to a "new policy", I needed prior authorization from our doctor to have him seen because of our HMO plan. The reason I brought him to urgent care is because it's the weekend and his doctor's office is closed. Thus, the "urgent" part. What's the point of an after-hours urgent facility if you need paperwork from your regular doctor to be seen there?! To top it all off, the receptionist was curt, unfeeling, and seemed almost triumphant that as she pointed out each new piece of information. Some suggestions: 1. If there aren't any rapid Covid tests, then that information should be posted on the website, perhaps on the landing page that claims there are rapid Covid tests. 2. A new policy that affects a large group, such as those with HMO insurance, should also be posted on the website. 3. A receptionist with a shred of friendliness sure would be a nice addition to the front desk. I can assure you we won't be back.

Would not recommend…read more We formally left their practice after their staff was rude, unprofessional -- only to receive what were oddly personal memos in the (certified) mail from Associates of Internal Medicine indicating they were termination the client patient relationship. Prior to receiving their memo, I asked for a full copy of my medical records -- which they are required to provide at my expense. Unfortunately I was forced to file a Texas Medical Board complaint as they were not making records available. Not surprisingly records were available within 24 hours thereafter. The voice mails they tended to leave near 4:59 pm asking for something were nicely timed -- especially when their answering service kicked-in right at 5pm leaving you no way to contact their office. You're in a service industry. Differentiate yourselves. Be available, personable, and above all professional. On time appointments would also be helpful knowing you are not open after most people are off work. Recommend you identify another provider in the area.

She is kind, and has helped me greatly with several health issues. She is the only one running the clinic now, and I would definitely recommend her. She is an excellent Doctor. The other person's reviews perhaps was made before changes were made in this group of Doctors. Perhaps he saw someone else before the changes. I have gone to Dr. Janjua from the very beginning, and I a very happy with her.
