A neighbor suggested checking the internet for dent repair and The Dent Pro popped up on my computer. I read the reviews which were great, but the selling point was membership with the Better Business Bureau. Tom showed up on time, took care of the ding quickly, and even gave a thoughtful tutorial on how I should use my touch up paint to finish the job. So encouraging in this day and age to find someone who is proud of the good work he does and the excellent reputation he has earned. I recommend him without hesitation.

I see Maya Tyler and she is amazing. I've always felt cared for, heard, and acknowledged. She is gentle, and kind. The staff at the front desk have always been great. The hygienist did a terrible job cleaning his teeth. She was not thorough at all and only cleaned a couple teeth. I believe the hygienist/dentist job is to educate the patients as well. Show them how to floss, use the toothbrush properly, use mouthwash, benefits of braces, benefits of whitening your teeth, etc. No one was informing all these children from ages 2-15 anything about proper dental care. Make this place more kid friendly instead of appearing as though it is a factory to move the patients through. The open concept room lets everyone hear and see what other patients procedures are and may scare some children seeing what other children's procedures are. The hygienist was surprised when we refused to get xrays and schedule a 6 month follow up cleaning. The dentist spent a whooping 2 minutes looking into his mouth. Don't waste your time or money at Hampton Roads Pediatric Dentistry.

My car went in on an insurance accident claim they charged over $3500 and left the the damage to my wheels,jackshaft,etc. not fixed ....they rigged my rims to where it appeared fixed and completely switched everything around to hide it.... accident was on left front tire and they somehow spray painted my brake on right side ...... had to have another shop fix everything all over again due to their rigged up mess..... DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO HANDLE YOUR CAR THE SAME WAY !!!! I told him my issue and he immediately went to car inspected door frame and a quick pull on car frame near door and resolved it. Opened door several times to check for sound, no issue at all. I knew that would be a costly fix. Didn't cost me a penny. Thank you Keith for your time and concern.

My husband had a stroke 4 yrs ago & doesn't like physical therapy; he just wants to lie in bed all…read morethe time. I'm caregiver, and I need to be privy to his treatments. PT at Riverside & TPMG facilities was great, but as soon as he finished, he just went back to bed. After 2 more years of lying in bed, doctor recently sent him to Pivot near Mary Immaculate. Therapist instructed him on an exercise, then left the room while he attempted to do it. He had problems, as it hurt & was hard for him to do, since he is so out of shape. He began hollering for her, and she eventually returned from wherever she went. As we were leaving, she told me I am never to come back, not even into the building. She was quite nasty about it. I guess she doesn't want anyone witnessing what goes on (or what doesn't go on, since she just walked away for awhile). I don't know if she assigned him any at-home exercises; he's not doing any, anyway. The other facilities had no problem explaining his exercises to me so I could supervise them at home. I found Pivot very unprofessional by banning me. He goes a couple times a week, but I have no idea what goes on there, and am not allowed to know.

I had Physical therapy here for two months after suffering a fall at work. Amy was my therapist. I…read morethought she was knowable and nice at first. After 2 months, I felt better, but not pain free. A week after my Physical Therapy was over, I had an MRI, which showed I had torn tendons that requires surgery. That's when it was revealed to me, that Amy had included in her notes that I was malingering! (faking) I guess that's what she came up with when her services couldn't get rid of my pain, instead of the fact, there could be a bigger injury. Also the therapy could have actually made it worst. I'm only giving the only star for there pleasantries.
