I had great service from Tom with The Dent Pro. I didn't know what to do after getting a ridiculous estimate from the car dealership to fix the 1/2 ding on my car. A neighbor suggested checking the internet for dent repair and The Dent Pro popped up on my computer. I read the reviews which were great, but the selling point was membership with the Better Business Bureau. Tom showed up on time, took care of the ding quickly, and even gave a thoughtful tutorial on how I should use my touch up paint to finish the job. Five stars from me. It is rare that I get out a five star review but Tom does a wonderful job fixing these small dents for a great price. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you have a small dent that's bothering you and you want to have it fixed. I could not be any happier with the service. You can drive up to the peninsula and he will be finished with his work in less than 30 minutes. It's totally worth the drive. I have posted some before-and-after pictures in the photo section. Mine was the bright red car which had a small dent about the size of a quarter. By the time he was done and compounded out the scuff mark you would never have even known that it was there. I sent Tom a text after seeing the other review on here and some browsing on The Dent Pro website. He was prompt to respond and we worked out a ballpark time and day for him to come check out the dents. I had a small one on the hood, as well as a pretty nasty dented in scrape on my door. He showed up right on time and was very helpful in explaining the process and intended outcome. The dent on my hood came out perfectly and the one on the door, while still there, does now look much more acceptable than it did. Tom was very upfront about the difficulty of that particular dent and that the percentage of repair would not be too high. Overall Tom 'The Dent Pro' was a pleasure to work with, got the job done quickly, and seemed like a honest, upstanding guy. I will not hesitate to bring any future work his way. read more

Tom is fantastic! Honest, punctual and knowledgeable are rare qualities these days but Tom met and exceeded my expectations. After discussing the damage and sending some pictures for him to get an idea of what he was working with he set up an appointment. Tom called when he was on the way, was actually a little early (how refreshing!) and did stunning work! The dent in my front fender was a big one and he let me know when looking at the pictures that he wasn't going to be able to make the repair perfect but assured me he could get about 75% of it out. He worked quickly and skillfully and asked my opinion of how it was going along the way. When he was done he asked if I was pleased with the work and I assured him that I was. He got much more of the dent out than I expected and did a super job of working the surrounding area to make it as smooth as possible. I think he got much closer to 85% of the damage removed. It was clear that my satisfaction with his work was his #1 concern. I would recommend Tom without hesitation! read more
