But they closed up for a few days and stopped returning calls. I took it Jason at Color Solutions. He looked it over and gave us a very fair estimate for the paint. He scheduled us for after Thanksgiving. We brought it in, and they took over the job. Two days later we got cell pics showing the re-done paint. Picked it up the next day (That was earlier today) and we are very pleased with their work. It's a two-year-old metallic silver Ford. They did a really awesome job of matching the color as well as blending it to the factory paint. You have to look really hard at the panels to notice where they blended the paints. I never received a follow-up, so I called the next day to confirm. Each time I spoke with Michael, I was assured someone would come out to assess the damage. No one ever showed. After multiple calls and repeated reassurances, I was told--rather curtly--that someone would arrive Tuesday at 8 a.m. Tuesday came and went. No call. No visit. No explanation. At this point, it's clear this company has little regard for potential customers or their own reputation. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic follow-through was frustrating and a complete waste of time. I've since scheduled with another company and called Michael one last time--if only to let him know I won't be needing their nonexistent service.
