They got the blood on the first try. Hooray for needle sticks! The check in was seamless and the staff was friendly.

I got blood work done today. I was in the room, my blood about to be drawn and I was told to go back to the waiting room. Some man who had the same time appointment as me made a stink and he got in and I was in the waiting room. When I was calles back for a 2nd time, the computers crashed again. I had to wait for a reboot on my first trip back. All my information was on the computer. Physical copies of my license and insurance cards had to be taken. Things would have run much better for all those left in the waiting room if they just finished me with drawing my blood on my first trip back. Believe me everyone in the waiting room was not happy that they had to wait for me to go back and start all over. read more

If you have a question you will need to wait for a person to come out front. Not the happiest group of people. Awful website to make payments, log -in, send a code to the cell phone, take a picture of a QR code, then have your license/ID/passport scanned to your phone. All of this to pay a $20 co-pay and then you call the number to speak to CR and the wait is 10++ minutes. read more

I personally don't understand why this location has negative reviews. I had to complete a pre-employment test and wasn't able to schedule an appointment prior to the employers deadline. I initially was hesitant to go as a walk-in because of the reviews, but glad I still went. Upon my arrival at 10:40am, I immediately checked into the kiosk, was placed on standby, and was back in my car at 10:58am. Lastly, the staff in this establishment were professional, pleasant, and courteous. Overall, I had a great experience. read more

Would rate a zero if I could. Rude staff for people who get sent from doctors office with no appointment. If you don't have an appointment don't bother going. Waited over 2 hours. Appointments take precedence is understandable. Where was a 15 minute gap in between appointments and they still didn't take my son in. When I asked the woman was nasty and said you should've made an appointment. I strongly do not recommend this facility. If Quest management actually does look at this they need to look at their business model. read more

There was no one at the desk to welcome us or ask questions to. The place was unsanitary and dirty. The phlebotomist was very nice though. I don't know if I would go back to this place though because of how dirty it was read more

This was my first, and last visit to Quest. I was overcharged for my copay and now have to fight to get it back. I was told that I HAD to give a credit card up front before they would do my bloodwork. I was hesitant because this seems very shady, but the person there didn't care about my hesitation and kept saying I would not be charged more than my copay, and that I couldn't have anything done if I didn't provide it. As another person said, there is one person doing everything. Well, guess what? I was overcharged by $40 a month later. I never received an invoice, just a credit card charge for the wrong amount. I now had to waste my time to call customer support and they don't even show in their system that my card was charged. Now I have to send them my credit card statement (via snail mail because the billing department for some reason doesn't have email), and wait up to 2 weeks (AFTER they receive it, whenever that will be) for a possible refund. I am skeptical that they will even give me a refund because again, their system does not show that I was charged, even though it's clearly there on my statement. Sadly, I am sure I will be calling back in 3 weeks to get another run around. NOTE: customer service told me that they cannot force you to give a card up front and if it happens again to call the billing department while I'm at the facility (wait on hold for 10 minutes, mind you) just to let them know they can go ahead without it. Save yourself the headache and try this, or better yet, do what I'll be doing and just go somewhere else from now on. This is absolutely sickening that they can get away with this. In my 15 years of having bloodwork done at several different laboratories, I have never had to give a card up front, and have never been charged incorrectly either. read more

Easy to make appointments online. Very quick service and not crowded. Staff very nice.

I took my infant in today for a diagnostic test. Our technician made our visit a horrible experience. She was very rude to my husband and I and acted like everything we tried to do to keep our son entertained and not afraid was a hinderance. During the baby's test the blood flow stopped and instead of trying to reposition the needle or increase vascular flow to the arm, the technician pulled out the needle. She then looked at the vials that had already been drawn and said they weren't full enough and she threw them away. We left with an upset baby and are no closer to getting this test done than when we walked through the doors read more

Terrible experience. Not able to see my results. Making and appointment and coming in to get the test done was very easy and simple. However my results are ready and I am not able to access it because I cannot verify my identity. I purchased my own test, did not request it through a doctor and I do not have a social security number as I am an immigrant. In order to verify identity I need a social security number, so my result is ready but I cannot see it because there is no other way to verify it or any support whatsoever to the matter. I visited the lab where I got my test done and they said they do not hold the results. I emailed twice, no response. Calles over 5 times and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and still NO ONE ANSWERED the call. I have paid for the test and have the right to see my result no matter how they make it available to me. read more

I've never seen an adequately staffed Quest Diagnostics. This one had one lady doing everything: drawing blood, registering people, taking payments etc. So it took about 30 minutes per person. Compared to other Quest labs this one isn't that bad. At least this one has an adequately sized waiting room. The lady who worked there was very pleasant despite being inundated with patients. The afternoons through closing always seem to be more crowded than the mornings as people try to come here straight from their doctor's office the same day. It would be nice if they hired more staff. read more
