The tech then took about 15 minutes filling out paperwork, then had to redo them because he entered the information incorrectly. Ultimately, he drew 5 vials of blood for what was supposed to be 3 tests. I received one result on Saturday, and then called my physician today to see where the other two were, and they were never entered. So I'm not sure what the tech did with the additional 4 vials of blood that I gave him, but they were never even sent onto the lab for evaluation. On top of that, the tech made some inappropriate and sexist comments (making unsolicited remarks about how I should "let my husband be a man" etc.). This feels incredibly unprofessional bordering on negligent--even my physician was stunned. I'd strongly warn anyone against going here based on my experience, and I plan to contact Quest directly to share this feedback.

The front desk person seems to not understand how insurance works. I was asked for a co-payment. I let her know I have reached my out of pocket. She argued with me about whether or not I've also met my deductible. What? I explained I've met both. She continued to argue for several minutes. She called my insurance and called me back up. Still tried to get me to make a payment even after confirming my family out of pocket had been met. I went late so there was no one else in the office to speak to and had to ask if they were refusing to see me because I wasn't paying a co-payment that was not due and she wasn't moving forward with checking me in. The nurse was extremely friendly - despite the fact that I was in a lot of pain. She asked pointed questions, and she helped get all of the info the doctor needed - to the point that the doctor was only with me for a few minutes before prescribing what I needed, providing the instructions I needed, and getting me on my less-than-merry way. Worth noting that the place feels a bit frightening with their COVID procedures, but it's really nice to see what they're taking it seriously. Nurse called me a week later to make sure I was doing okay, to confirm the results of the test they had ordered, and make sure everything was going alright. A+ service!

My estimated wait time was about an hour, but since most people were there for covid related reasons, they were able to get me in more quickly to get checked out. I was there for about an hour between waiting in the lobby and for the PA to come see me. She checked up on me and I was out the door pretty quick.
