Their methods and equipment were incredibly antiquated which probably lead to their diagnosis being consistently wrong. I was here over 50 times! Tested for everything under the sun. Tests, procedures, blah blah blah. If I didn't know better, I'd swear they sat in a room, made up some mumbo jumbo illness with 16 letters and ran all the tests my insurance would tolerate, then declare it was illuminated as a potential. Sometimes having wonderful insurance is a burden. That's when I got smart and headed north for a second diagnosis in Ann Arbor. Not to compare the two, but they figured out the problem plus caught it early enough. If I stuck around Picktown long enough they might have found the problem, during the autopsy. Do better. I completed all paper work prior to and arrived and checked in via the app at 2:50pm. The parking lot is a mess as it routes pharmacy traffic right thru the parking lot. Good visit overall and loved the nurse practitioner. They were running a bit behind but once I was called back there were no issues. Picked up some prescriptions and was seen for this cold that was not the Flu or Covid but had similar symptoms. It's a good option and decent care if you need to be seen and can't get into your primary but doesn't constitute urgent or emergency care.
