We were Traveling from out of state and thus was closest to where we were at the time. Realized I didn't have my ID and needed help uploading it on the app. She made a comment under her breath about if I had a better attitude she would have helped me. I asked her to write the very long email down she rambled off bc it was very long. Well that must be where she drew the line of her front desk clerical duties. Then the Doctor came up to the front and wow......her attitude completely left. Needless to say we left - but then as we get in the Lyft and shared the experience - I find out from a local they had been in trouble with the DEA. Truly never experienced anything to even compare to this experience in my life.

They have a scan system for checking in and it is not always obvious. If you ask him a question he explodes on you. My wife and I are sick of it. He has done this to us several times. My suggestion is to run don't walk away from this site, use anyone else but these folks are working blind. The phlebotomist I saw was WAY past her gifted prime and seemed unable to use the site software - clearly at the end of the day I was fortunate that she was unable to pull a blood sample - my lucky day !!
