Turns out, it WAS in the system and she apologized for overlooking it. The visit consisted of height and weight check, stomach measurement (why though??) and she drew blood. That was it. Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.

Dropping off can be done without an appointment by in-person specimens should be scheduled. Lab results are delivered to their LabCorp Patient portal account, you just have to log in or register online. it says to wait at least seven days after they report the lab test results to your doctor before looking for your lab test results online. They have an automated voice response system at 800-845-6167, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Very quick and efficient and very friendly personnel. This employee deserves a raise (not kidding, this was by far the best experience I've had at a collection facility)!! They have a scan system for checking in and it is not always obvious. If you ask him a question he explodes on you. My wife and I are sick of it. He has done this to us several times. He seems to always be there so we are heading for our doctor to make them switch to Quest. This is insane. If the man hates his job and the customers so bad he should quit or be let go.
