This review is specifically about the **location and parking situation**, not the Labcorp staff. I arrived around 7:00 a.m. and parked in the parking structure. Labcorp does not validate parking. The first 30 minutes are free, but after that there is a $4 charge. I often end up leaving just a few minutes past the free window, though I certainly cannot complain about being in and out of the lab in under 40 minutes. The real issue was that, when I tried to leave, the payment pad for digital wallets was not working. It also would not accept cash--only a physical credit or debit card. Since I did not have one with me, I was unable to exit the structure. The intercom for assistance went straight to someone's voicemail. I went back into Labcorp, but the staff did not know how to reach anyone who could help. They gave me the maintenance number, but no one answered there either. I was essentially stuck. Thankfully, another patient overheard the situation and offered to pay for my parking with her card. In fact, three different patients offered, which was incredibly kind. I finally accepted one person's offer, but by the time we got back to the exit, the fee had increased from $4 to $8--we missed the lower rate by one minute. She still paid and refused to accept reimbursement from me. Her kindness was truly appreciated. That said, I am extremely disappointed that this situation happened at all. If Labcorp validated parking, this would not have been an issue. The parking at this location is inconvenient, expensive for such short visits, and there is very limited parking outside the structure. Came here for fasted blood work with no appointment. Did a walk in and got there about 4:55am and they open at 5am. There were about 5 people in line outside already. We all got in, checked in, and waited maybe 5 minutes? The lady in the front was super efficient and so nice! She was the only one, got everyone checked in, and called back in a timely manner. I came as a walk in the last hour before they closed. There were no lines. I checked in at the kiosk and show them my paperwork and ID. There were a few hiccups on finding my veins but they were very nice. Overall it was a good experience and the office was clean. However, you have to pay for parking in the structure. This was a great LabCorp location because it was very clean, had a seamless check-in option on the iPads and the staff was attentive. I forgot my paperwork and Maria helped me out at the front desk and printed everything for me. Maria then did my blood draw and was super kind and attentive. Highly recommend this location. I had to get some lab work done for work. You can get an appointment or go in as a walk-in. The location was in a mini mall structure with a parking lot next to it. All the parking out front is reserved. There was an easy check-in on iPads. He sat down in the waiting room that was open and clean. The office itself was extremely clean. I have been here many times but now willing to drive the extra 5 miles to Newport for a better labcorp. The only good thing about this place is the gentleman at the front. He is always sweet and competent. The rest needs to be fired especially the Hispanic woman with brown/blonde hair and glasses. She is always toxic and erratic. Their system is always "down." I feel like she single handedly ratchet up everything to show dominance to the staff making the work environment stressful and confusing for everyone. I have never seen her act appropriate to a medical facility setting. She is always acting like she is having a crisis and having a meltdown. A lot of patients asks her simple questions in which her answers confused them more than before they asked. I thought maybe she was having a bad day that one time but when I came again it's just the same. read more

I'm almost hesitant to write this because I don't want to blow up my favorite LabCorp, but I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't. After two years of trying to find the right LabCorp while going through IVF with multi-weekly regular bloodwork appointments, I can honestly say hands down this is by far the best location of them all. The phlebotomists are extremely gentle, well-trained, and efficient. Even with the amount of people that show up right at 5 AM when they open, the two women get the patients IN and OUT. They know how to work the equipment and computer system. The waiting room and lab rooms are always clean. The staff is somehow always smiling and friendly even though it's the crack of dawn! Parking isn't ideal, but there's a paid garage (no validation) or street parking. Get there early if you want to get out early without an appointment. Overall, go to this LabCorp! Hi I just went in for a blood work today at the Hb location lab corp and it was my first time. The Korean lady was very nice to me and very kind and I can tell she works hard, I could see she was recovering from a surgery or injury because she was limping and had to use a crane for assistance while working on her patients and me as well which is already empowering but the old Latina women that works front desk, I overheard her yelling at her that she was taking too long with me in their lunch area even though it was like 8-10 mins max when she was taking my blood and it was almost like verbal abuse. They didn't know I was still in the back office because I had just put my urine sample on the tray to the right of the restroom so I overheard everything she was telling to the Korean worker. So I went back immediately and told the Latina worker that it was my fault that she was taking a little longer than usual and I also said but you don't talk to someone like that especially since the Korean lady is recovering from a surgery and was having a hard time walking while she was working. It's crazy to me how people would act like this towards other people even though it's health care they still don't show any compassion towards their coworkers and I know she's trying her best and I'm proud that she's still working even though I could see her having a hard time walking around the back office. The Latina worker shouldn't work in the healthcare fields if her personality doesn't show empathy for others. I will try to get in contact with the manager and the higher ups about this because this is not right and it's insane to me how you would tell someone to hurry up even though they're suffering from a disability or recovering from an injury. There should be certain boundaries with the way workers would communicate to other workers. Latina worker needs to work on her professionalism not just with patients but talking to her co worker as well. I was just so disturbed and I couldn't get it out of my mind that's why when I left the clinic and I was about to leave I felt like I had to say something so immediately got out of my car and tried to go back in but the Latina lady was closing the clinic and that's when I told her to not speak to someone like that especially to someone that's recovering from an injury. read more

I scheduled my boys 12 and 14 for their bloodwork that was ordered by the Dr. When scheduling I requested a tech trained with pediatrics. I definetley do NOT think this was the case. This was the most awful experience. The tech was nice but did not seem very experienced. She dug around in my son's arm trying to get blood and now he is so traumatized. It was such a dramatic experience that we immediately left the office and have not heard anything from Labcorp. I would of thought that there would of been a follow up of some sort. I work in the medical field and start ivs all day long. This was a shocking and horrible . Definetley would not recommend getting blood drawn for kids at this location. read more

I have been in many different labcorp, this one is the worst. That time I went they have 4 girls at the counter, they are extremely slow and not prolite neither. As some one said their check in system is always down and it was what happened to me during my visit. Then, my blood test report is not show up on my labcorp account. All the other locations like Irvine, Foothill Ranch all show my reports. I am sorry for the workers in Irvine they are so busy but they are very effeciency. For the Foothill Ranch location, only have one worker on Aug 8 in the morning, she is doing everything. Labcorp should transfer the workers from this location to Foothill Ranch, and all the workers in this location should visit the one in Irvine, to see how efficiency and prolite they are. read more

I had an order form from a previous visit with certain orders I needed to get done - they have no record of me in their system on that previous visit and they tried telling me I had to get the orders from the last visit done all over again. I have my results from that visit 2 weeks prior. They basically said I lied. Oh and if you have an appt? Don't expect to be seen anywhere near that time. Next appointment, I got food poisoning a day and a half before and you're supposed to wait a while after that for nutritional testing. Definitely recommend this place for all medical tests needed. They are quick, efficient and very friendly. Once you walk in, check in with the kiosk on the right side, and they call you once they are ready. Make sure you have your paperwork or have verified it has been sent to them. First thing.. there is no parking they literally block off any of the free parking spaces so you have to pay for the parking in the structure that is in the vicinity. If you have trouble walking (or being gouged for parking) just forget this location. When I was there I needed to change my insurance info. They would not help me with that, I had my new card they said to wait till my "time" and then try to change it? No one was at the counter... the time to mess with it would have been then when no one else was waiting. Then when I tried to cancel my appointment they said they "cant find it" even though THEY texted me the appointment number on my phone. They couldn't find the number that they gave me? Pass on this location and Labcorp in general if possible. read more

Where do I start about why this is a one star review. If I could go zero or negative I would. Will NOT go back. I will drive farther to go to a different lab. This place, albeit "new" location is ATROCIOUS!!!! The waiting room is TINY with about 10 chairs only. It was packed like a NYC subway train during rush hour sardines. There is ZERO parking... Oh wait.. there is a parking structure. Oh wait again... Labcorp doesn't validate parking $4 for the first hour and goes up from there. I see people posted their parking receipts for you to view. We live in Orange County you should NOT be paying for parking. The two women at the front desk were very disrespectful. Zero privacy, zero respect for people's dignity. They call out people's names the way you were treated in first grade. If you do something and THEY interpret your behavior wrongly and judge you, then you have to correct them while there is an audience observing. You have to do a self check in at a space that has zero room, especially if it is packed standing room only. The self check in requests your cell number so they can text you when your name is going to be called, but guess what. If you go to step outside you will be reprimanded as if you are leaving.. and then quickly told that the service doesn't work. After the blood draw I had to give a urine sample. Usually they give you an alcohol wipe to clean up your privates so your sample is not corrupt. Nope, not here. They give you a container and you go into a toilet that is not special for urine sample collection. Holding a cup, and holding a lid at the same time while peeing in it and then trying to put the lid on with your pants down or skirt up is an ordeal. There is no stainless steel any horizontal surface with which to help you. I was a walk in at 10am. I showed up after the morning rush for fasting blood tests. I could not WAIT to get out of there. This place, facility and services and the front office staff are atrocious. If you can go across the street to Quest then do so. The building is pretty, the waiting room is big, the parking is free, and when you check in it is YOU and the check in girl through the window. Your private business is not broadcast across an open room facility where they talk about why you are there, if you are on blood thinners, what tests you are taking, or what insurance you have. I am a huge baby when it comes to bloodwork and anything needle related really. I went in and was completely honest about it and Destiny could not have been more caring and kind. This was by far the simplest blood draw I have EVER had. The office is super clean and looks very well taken care of.
