Thomas was really easy to work with. I will not hesitate to call him again if I need a blood draw.

From the moment I spoke to Thomas - and he called me shortly after I left a voicemail - I knew I was in good hands.

It can be quite challenging, especially since my daughter gets very upset and anxious. However, I have to say that working with Andreh has been an incredibly smooth experience, particularly with my children. He has a wonderful way of connecting with kids, making them feel comfortable and relaxed. A big thank you to Andreh once again. Looking forward to seeing you next week!

I was hoping to have my littlest one drawn at home due to health circumstances. Unfortunately, my little one started to yell in the background when i made the phone call. I can tell and feel the blood guy annoyance and frustration. I understand my little one was yelling but for the same reason, i need someone to draw at home due to my little one health issues. I could feel his passive aggressiveness in the way he respond to me. He is not patient and is not friendly. If something like this triggers him, i can't even imagine when he draws. I wouldn't recommend to people or family who have children with health conditions or special needs. Or even toddlers in general who don't have special needs. In overall I am surprised he has high reviews.

I decided to leave a special review for the American Red Cross Donation Center in Santa Ana because I was greeted with such a warm welcome and genuinely felt well taken care of by the skilled staff throughout my visit. Everyone was wonderful, especially the gentleman at check-in and the rest of the team. They were incredibly friendly, and it was obvious they had built great relationships with many of the regular donors. It felt like one big community, and I found that really heartwarming. It was truly a beautiful atmosphere to see. My work schedule is always unpredictable, so even when I make an appointment, I sometimes can't arrive on time. That's why I usually prefer walking in whenever possible. When I'm eligible to donate again in two months, this will definitely be the place I come back to. Best of all, the donation was practically painless, and the needle mark was barely noticeable afterward. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This week, Randi was exceptional. She checked me in quickly, and when I asked for a blanket, she brought me a heated one! The current promotion is a long-sleeved t-shirt, and she asked for my size before bringing me one after I finished my donation. I was treated like a princess. The only downside of this location is that I don't get to see Peter anymore. I think he got a promotion (well deserved), but I miss his kindness and warm smile.

The experience of the pregnancy and therefore the delivery was extremely painful (emotionally most of all) and difficult, but the nurses (particularly Krysti) and hospitalists (Dr. Martin and Dr. Diaz) were incredibly supportive, helpful, and compassionate. After they wrap your baby and let you hold them, they give you as much time as you need before they wheel your precious baby away for the last time. The memory box with footprints and a photo and memorabilia is outstanding; the offer of three therapy sessions with a grief therapist is an incredibly generous gesture; and overall I felt supported even in one of the most painful experiences a parent can have. I am so grateful to have had the support and care around me that I had in this time and I am grateful for the nursing staff and doctors who know how to honor a life and a loss.

Pay station is at the main entrance of this part of the hospital. 2-East, the Pre-Op, RNurse Kelsey, Dr. Lance Betson (Surgeon) were so good with my wife, extremely attentive, compassionate, and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with them. Very grateful for them, very knowledgeable and patient with us! The Recovery/Discharge Nurses Vivian and Sarbrena were also amazing. Very caring and loving with us. Sabrina made a nice cocktail (hahaha) for my wife, I tried it, sooo good! They have so many waiting areas and food areas, lots of options. The cafeteria in the basement was nice too. Good variety of food. The hospital is very clean, well maintained, and spacious and modern. Extremely happy with our experience here!
