He went over the instructions of the kit for the test I was having done, and already knew what to expect. He asked the right questions - "Are there ice packs with this one?" "Does it need to be centrifuged?" He was even such a pro he knew which cabinet door held my garbage can without looking. The poke itself was right on the money, nearly painless, and without complication. He took the kit with him to do the postal dropoff himself - it was included with his services. One less thing for me to have to do, which was appreciated. We shook hands, said goodbye, and that was that. He did not solicit me for a Yelp review. A lot of service providers will offer deals to customers in hopes of scamming their way into a good review - it's a red flag whenever I see it and it makes me mad for having wasted time reading reviews that were essentially bought. But Andre didn't do that at all, which is why I immediately got on my computer to write him a review anyway. He earned his reviews by being good at what he does. I'd use him again anytime.

Dr. Dhaliwal's staff was able to work me in on an emergency basis. He was thorough and had an excellent bedside manner. He spoke with me in a manner which was equally informative, relaxed, and reassuring; not once was Dr. Dhaliwal patronizing as I have often found specialists to be. On top of his astounding level of compassion he is also funny. Dr. Dhaliwal coordinated with my primary physician, over the phone right then and there, in front of me no less! I have yet to come across a physician that has done that. A procedure was recommended at the nearby surgery center and he had his staff book me for the procedure the very next working day--regardless of the hour. In short, he is of a class far above the rest. If you have tummy troubles--go see him!

Pay station is at the main entrance of this part of the hospital. 2-East, the Pre-Op, RNurse Kelsey, Dr. Lance Betson (Surgeon) were so good with my wife, extremely attentive, compassionate, and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with them. Very grateful for them, very knowledgeable and patient with us! The Recovery/Discharge Nurses Vivian and Sarbrena were also amazing. Very caring and loving with us. Sabrina made a nice cocktail (hahaha) for my wife, I tried it, sooo good! They have so many waiting areas and food areas, lots of options. The cafeteria in the basement was nice too. Good variety of food. The hospital is very clean, well maintained, and spacious and modern. Extremely happy with our experience here!
