I walked in as the website states "walk ins"welcomed. After checking in the receptionist stated they don't take walk ins. There was no one on the waiting room. I informed her that their website states otherwise, she said "call IT, that's not my problem." Horrible attitude. We ended up driving to Wildomar, where the receptionist was much nicer. read more

I went to LabCorp on Christmas Eve figuring it would be slow and they were open. I got there and I was right it was only two people in there and I was the third person in the whole day that the girl that drew my blood said was there I got my blood drawn, but when she took out the needle, I felt this really bad burn, but didn't think anything of it and then she put the tape And cotton ball on it and I drove home. When I got home about 15 to 20 minutes later, I pulled off the tape and my whole arm was swollen? I tried to call back that LabCorp and they wouldn't answer the phone and it said they were closed? I knew they were open so I drove back and when I got there, I opened the door and all three of them were on their phones and they weren't answering the phone to the business. I asked I've never had this happen. What should I do? I shouldn't be swollen and this should be hurting? They said I got a hematoma and they just wrapped it and told me to go home and put ice on it? So basically she blew through my vein because I looked it up. I couldn't use my arm for two weeks? Definitely never going to LabCorp or any of them again as I see all reviews for these places are really bad. read more

Checked in at 1:05 for an employee drug screen currently still waiting to be called back at 2:22 they're ridiculously slow here.

Hard time about the lab req not having my birthday I don't know anyone who goes to get lab work for fun! The results are going straight to my doctor it's not a pre-employment or job requisition so why would I not want my doctor to have my results or have someone else's results. I understand if this was some kind of pre-employment or drug screen which it was not it was routine lab work. Seem to me they just don't want to work and turn me away! read more

I just realized I'm bruised above and below the injection site of my arm. I've never bruised while donating blood why bruise while getting lab work done, (2 vials). Incompetence. It was easy to make an appointment online. I didn't catch the lab tech's name but she was blondish and about 40-45 years old. The FIRST time she stuck me with the needle it was painless, just a little poke. She somehow made a mistake and had to reinsert the needle. That was not fun. Second time felt like a bee sting, not so bad. It was the removal of the needle that hurt. I came in Thursday at 11am, it is now late Saturday night, I am still sore. hmmm Also, when I donate blood, they give a rubber ball to squeeze, to make veins pop. She had told me to just make a fist. Why do they not have something to squeeze? That would have probably helped the first time. read more

Why do you have appointments when you don't serve them before the walk ins. What a joke! The receptionist is oblivious to what's going on and there are a bunch of people in the waiting room. It would be nice if this place was better equipped to handle appointments as well as walk-ins. Update: I went back to get blood drawn and the person who drew it missed the vein in one arm and tried the other. She missed there too. So, she moved the needle over. When I got out there were 2 bruises forming. This is a bad place to get blood drawn. I'm going to Quest in Menifee after this. read more

I was just here this morning at 8:35 they opened at 7:30. I didn't think it would be so busy since it's a weekday but I was wrong. They work fast. My son needed to get some blood work done (he's 2 years old) so I was worried that whoever would draw his blood would not find a vein from him moving or take too long.. fortunately we got Rosa, she was so nice and patient and also a fast worker! She was quick to stick the needle in and take out the amount of tubes my sons doctor needed for his tests. She talked to my son the whole time and gave him stickers afterwards. I was scared to come here after I read the reviews but honestly it was not what I expected at all! If you walk in be aware that you will have to wait (we waited 40min) so if you don't want to wait then make an appt or come after 1 when they come back from lunch since everyone wants to get it done first thing in the morning. read more

I was 3 minutes late for appointment due to traffic in the area. I needed to to complete drug testing for a promotion at work. I was told they stop drug testing at 3. I said well my appointment was right at 3, she said the last packed everything up at 3 on the dot and I should have been here 5 minutes early. I get it, I was late. But the total disregard of circumstances, or respectful care is ridiculous. Waste of my time, I will not be coming back. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Walked in, and the receptionist was on the phone. She seemed annoyed that I had walked in and interrupted her personal phone call. She reaches her hand out and says "I'll take your order and insurance card", with an attitude. Let me clarify, this was my first time going to a Lab, to get Lab work, so I don't know the procedure. She shoos me away, basically telling me to take a seat. I go and have a seat. Then I hear her tell the technician (after she was on the phone for another 15 minutes with her boyfriend or I don't know who) that the system is down and only going to give the tests that are on the order. Well, I knew dang well there were more tests that should of been performed as what was stated on the paper. She knew that too, as it stated "9 in total" but only showed two tests. When I was called back, I stated to her that I knew there were more than two tests to be performed. She got irritated and was like "Well our systems down, so if you want to call your doctor, YOU can". ME?!?! You are the receptionist, shouldn't YOU do that???? So I did, but my doctors office now knows not to send ANYONE to that location. The technician was friendly, BUT it said to notify them if there was pain after the initial poke. There was SIGNIFICANT pain and I told him, but he just kept saying it was almost over, which it wasn't. The receptionist turned away more people to make phone calls into their doctors, instead of doing it herself and they weren't that busy, so definitely not an excuse. I am calling corporate to complain. That receptionist needs the boot ASAP! read more

Honestly sat here for 30 minutes. There was no one in the waiting room. The lady took her time packing and unpacking the urine she was going to send. Then when it was my turn and I was checked in she took another 10mins looking for someone else's paperwork. Honestly don't come here. Go to the Murrieta location. Better customer service. The staff is pretty nice, but the wait times are long. The magazine rack and table is stuffed with religious pamphlets and nothing else. I don't think it's appropriate for them to be pushing a certain religion on people coming to get lab work done. I gave five stars because of the staff, but took off one for the long wait times, and two for the inappropriate religion peddling. read more

The techs are extremely friendly, they make you feel very comfortable and reassuring. I have stage 4 cancer and use their services every other week. I will always use their services cause they make me feel right at home read more

I went for a pre-employment drug screening and the phlebotomist took forever to call me in for the test that my time had expired and they couldn't do anything for me. Her attitude was awful too. She told me to come back the next day and I asked if I needed a new appointment through the company I was being hired through and she said that I can come in between 1 and 3 disregarding my question. I even called this morning to confirm that I didn't need a new registration number and they said to go ahead and come to their location for the test. I went and they turned me away again. It was the same phlebotomist. Their customer service is awful, and they give out misinformation like it's candy. I had to drive out 25 minutes two days in a row for them to turn me away even though it was their fault. Don't come here for any tests. It's not worth it! read more

I am never going to this location for lab work ever again. Last time it took three techs, six times before they could find a vein. This time they had two techs try. After the third time they said I was basically just shit out of luck and would have to come back. Their advice? Drink more water before coming. Well, after drinking nothing but water the night before, in the morning, and another six cups in the waiting room; I think we know what the real problem is. read more

Just want to give a heartfelt appreciation and thank you to carlos . My child has a fear of needles and for years we have been coming to this location and my son only allows carlos to draw his blood . He quick and gentle and should receive recognition. If you know my sons fear you would understand. When my son gets vaccinations it takes 5 people to hold him. Carlos is a great help and accent to your company .
