I'm one of those who get sick once or twice a year but when it hits, I am down. After recently recovering from the Norovirus, I ended up with a nasty cough, off and on fever and sore throat that lasted for over 14 days. I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county. read more

I broke my toe 2/10/2026 From the time I stepped in the office they were rude, I am new to the area and have children that was in school I was trying to get someone to pick them up the nurse came to the front and told me get off the phone and let out a sign and rolled her eyes, I expressed and extended my apologies telling her my children were getting out of school. After going back and being placed in a room I was called back for X-rays. The doctor came back and confirmed what I knew about my toe. He told me he couldn't do anything, he couldn't wrap it and he also told me I could purchase a boot and wait for my orthopedic referral. I felt so defeated and depressed. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. I pray every one in this office that was there on Tuesday soften their hearts and be more kind to people. read more

The person who took my blood pressure was also rude. Such a shame because I only came since its part of Grace Health Care. The provider Kelly was friendly. Had the worst experience here today, called 10am nobody picks up the phone, left message nobody calls back. Went in a little after 12pm to be seen and told 3 people behind the desk why nobody picks up the phone. I dialed their number in front of them and I saw their phone light up. Then a guy behind the desk gives us a paper and says they are closed and its only 12:30pm the paper is for other urgent cares. This was unexcetable and these people need to be fired! Drove across town to come here because they had 3.9 stars. Yelp says they're open till eight. The sign on their door says they're open till eight. I arrive at 7:35, doors lock. It's dark. We can see people inside. Try calling the numbers as it stated on the sign taped to the front door, no one answers. pounding on the door finally someone opens and says can I help you. I said I'm here for Care, and they said they can't help me they close at at 7:30. But everything on yelp and on the two signs posted at their door says they close at eight. Worst experience ever. I'm at urgent care, obviously I feel horrible and need medical help but these people are too freaking lazy to work until they're full hours. read more

Apparently they only take appointments. If you are in pain or sick they still wont help you or try to fit you in. Which is confusing because that's what I thought urgent cares were for????? I've never been turned away from an urgent care. They offered me a a phone appointment the next day which doesn't help if you're in pain. She handed me a list of other urgent cares with dirty look and a head nod. No kindness from the woman. No help saying what office is closest to theirs, Or where else to go. Beware that you must have an appointment to be seen here. Urgent cares are usually used to mitigate the crisis of patients going to the ER for minor, treatable, but URGENT health care matters that cannot be seen by the primary doctor in a timely manner. I tried to give this location another chance but was again disappointed. I walked in and there were 3 people behind the plexiglass. Nobody looked up to acknowledge my presence, they just continued to sit in their chairs and chat with each other. The person who was facing the front wasn't chatting as much as the other two but still didn't look up or attempt to greet me. I the said "excuse me, I'd like to find out the estimated wait time to be seen before I sign in." He told me that they only see patients by appointment only and without asking me what I was there for, he began talking about telehealth appts (which wouldn't work for my symptoms). Don't recommend coming here for labwork. I tried calling in advance just to ask if they take appts and I was greeted with a really rude"no" okay... Thought the lady was having a bad day so I called a couple days later and got the same girl on the phone. When I asked about the address and confirmed its a walk-in basis she kind of huffed and sounded like she didnt have time to help me. That should have been my second red flag. I show up for the walk in and you have to sign your name on a dinky clipboard and wait. When I finally got into the offic, the room was a mess, very disorganized and looks unsterile. Almost looks like a storage room .At one point a sweet elderly man accidently walked into the room asking for help (of course because Noone tells you how it works) and she gave him a "what the heck are you doing" face and stood there just staring at him without offering any help or communication and then after a long awkward silence she told him to sign the clipboard and wait outside. I found that very off putting as the gentleman was sincerely just a little confused on how it works (I was too) . Overall it was a very disappointing experience. read more

I absolutely love this office and the staff Is beyond amazing. Every time I either am on my pcp side or urgent care with my kiddos everyone makes every step easy for me. The communication is so amazing and the response time with Klara aswell as answering the phone in general. They are always there to help and answer ant follow questions I may have as well as being very quick with referrals and lab work. My child had pink eye. We had to do a cash pay due to not having ins at the time. The dr did a prescription and told us to put it in both eyes just in case. Then after picking up the medicine the doctor changed it to just have her put it in the infected eye. Now she has pink eye in the other eye. Calling for an antibiotic refill they insist I need to have her do a new doctors visit at $250 when it is clear the infection moved to the other eye with the exact same symptoms and if the dr had not change the instructions and kept it as an antibiotic for both eyes, this would not have happened. The doctors office would not let me speak to someone in management nor to the doctor. I will never go to this urgent care or doctor's office again and do not recommend them to anyone. They are not patient/customer service oriented, sadly. read more

I come here all the time, today I booked an urgent care appointment for my child who was bitten by a spider. I came in 5 minutes after the grace period and Ryne at the front desk said It was too late and he canceled it. I apologized for being late and explained my kid had a spider bite and pleaded for him to be seen. But he said No. I mean really over "5" minutes? Wow.
