Once they call you you go inside which is basically the rooms where you draw your blood. I was confused at first seeing no one going inside or opening the door after they checked in at the kiosk. However the process was good and pretty quick and it wasn't crowded like most locations. Most likely it was just one of those days I'm sure this place can get crowded like other offices. Overall had a good experience here for the first time. The staff were nice and helpful.

I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and taken cared of in the best way by my phlebotomist. I didn't get his name but he did so well with keeping me calm. I'm not afraid of needles but blood does make me a little anxious. The flow was quick and process was easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location especially for those who care about customer service and great care.

I was finally called into a room 40 minutes after my appointment. Waited another 10 minutes for a technician to draw my blood. Flobotomist could not find a vein after several painful attempts. He had to call on another person to draw blood from my other arm. She came in 10 minutes later, laughing like Dr. Hibbert from the Simpsons. I let her know that I was not happy about their service. She laughed even more saying that's too bad, they are awfully busy. I told her about several walk-ins being treated before my appointment time, but she didn't seem to care. Tip: My wife had a 10am appointment, we arrived around 9:40, it was very busy with many people waiting. She was called at 9:50 so appointment really helped. Parking: paid lot but we were able to find 2-hour street parking next to the Thrift store across the street at 9:30am on a Monday.

I thought I would be seeing the usual person I always see, Tito. And even told my son prior, "you'll get your blood drawn by someone who always draws my blood, his name is Tito. Hopefully, he's there." To my surprise, Wendy greeted me after I did a mobile check in, inside my car, which might I add is very convenient. The earliest it allowed me to check in was 10 mins prior to our appointment. It instructed me to go into the center and Wendy immediately brought me and my 8 year old son back. Wendy was very nice, patient, and did a great job when drawing my son's blood, poked him once on his right antecubital and drew the blood right away. My son said it felt like a "sting" but that was it. He was nervous beforehand but didn't cry and was even able to look at the needle in his arm and the 2 vials while it was filling with his blood. I also felt uncomfortable by the front desk staff's demeanor, including smirking that made me feel mocked. I'd rather not go into further detail, but overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I've been to other urgent care locations in the area, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I will not be returning for any future visits. The doctor was okay and was the only part of the experience that felt somewhat positive, though even that interaction felt a bit rushed. May 16th visit
