I wish there was a minus star. I should have read the reviews prior to making an appointment on line. Per their instructions; check in via their app once you parked in their parking lot and please arrive 30 minutes early to your appointment time. It's a very small parking lot, most likely you will have to park across the street. I waited 35 minutes and decided to go check and see why I hadn't been called for my 10:15 appointment. One of the receptionist said I need your lab order. Nowhere in their instructions, advised me to bring the order in first and then wait in my car. It appears I lost 30 minutes in the "line" to have my blood drawn. A woman came in after me and also asked about her 10:15 appointment. It was very frustrating after waiting so long and she was called in before me. Finally my 10:15 appointment became a 10:55 appointment. The lobby was full and from listening to most of the people waiting they did not have appointments and were told they would have a two hour wait. I will never go to this location again, even though it's closer to where I live. I was given the option to speak to a manager, but I felt at this point there was no need. Rude people. If you ask them a question they sound like they don't wanna be asked. So rude even to old people. I wouldn't want my grandparents or parents to come here just to be treated like that. Worst lap ever. The wait is extremely horrible even you have appt. When I complained about the wait, the nurse who worked on my daughter, she just stabbed the needle to my daughter arm. This place is unorganized and the workers are rude. This is the 2nd time I have been here in 2 years and my experiences were the same. The front desk ignores you when you walk even if there is no line and after they have make eye contact, they will still ignore you. After a few minutes they will say to self check in. Self check in does not work and says check in at front desk. So I go back to the front and am told "it always does that, just have a seat". Zero stars is more accurate. I made an appointment online for fasting bloodwork. Arrived 30 minutes eating rather than recommended 15, good thing since I had to wait for a parking space to open up. I was the only black American in line this morning at 6:30 when I got to the front of the line at 6:40 the lady closed the door and told me to wait so once she came back to the door she told me to check in and leave a phone number so that they could call me when it's my turn because the lobby was to full I did see 3 empty chairs so I ask again did she need me to go back outside to wait she did not call me back in until 7:30 I was so confused on why so many people that came in after me was allowed to get a seat on the inside while I'm still outside it made me feel that they were discriminating against me now there were 2 other people that that had to come out and wait but there wait was not 45 minutes like mine I will chose another lab next time read more

If I could honestly give this place a zero I would. I understand keeping up with technology but whatever happened to customer service. Something that this lab lacks so much. The receptionist are rude. They have these self check- in machines for patients to sign in. But what about elderly patients who aren't up to date with technology that have to use these machines. One patient came in and she said it was her first time there and she didn't know how to use it. The receptionist didn't even bother to get up just point and said follow the directions and if you still need help come and see me. I'm thinking really? All you have to do it get up and show her. The receptionist seemed bothered to be there and not want to deal with the patients coming in and want no interaction at ALL. Mind you the waiting room has about 25+ people waiting. I had several routine blood labs to do through online lab systems and this site conveniently served both companies. I scheduled an appointment for 1:45pm, arrived at 1:30pm to check in and was seen by 1:50pm. Parking is very convenient. My first impression coming in to the facilities was that it is very bare but also very clean looking. The front desk manager was low-key and polite. For your wait, they have a sparse smattering of magazines and a water cooler. The phlebotomist that took my blood sample was friendly and quick. Not sure if it was a common occurrence, but she played light jazz from her phone while prepping and drawing my blood. The actual blood draw went pretty well. She was able to draw blood on the first prick, but ten minutes after leaving my arm is more sore than normally after blood draws. Overall, it was a positive experience. read more

I didn't have my paperwork today but I came in early enough to call my doctor and have it faxed to them. They were extremely busy, as usual. Considering how many patients they see and the small facilities, they do a wonderful job and their attitudes are great. As in any profession I'm sure there are very difficult people to deal with. When the phlebotomist took my blood I didn't even feel the needle go in at all. The only thing I feel bad about is the elderly who have to wait outside. I wish they had seating inside for patients who are very ill or elderly. The parking is bad but I'm willing to put up with that because they are nice, fast, and efficient. read more

One star is still too high. This site should be closed down during COVID. Their practices are incompetent at best and border on negligence. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at 11AM on a Saturday. Upon arrival the clinic was packed. They did not in anyway attempt to practice the required required social-distancing. When 11AM came about I checked with the desk attendents and was told it would be 30 to 45minutes before I could be seen despite my appointment. I stayed a few minutes and left after. Two patients were coughing, given this site's negligence in practicing social distancing. For patients like my self with preexisting medical conditions,the risk of contracting COVID was unacceptable .; in turn I promptly left. I would avoid this place like the plague during this pandemic. As someone working in the public health field, I can say with confidence that this place in negligent and incompetent. Furthermore, during the twenty minutes I was there I witnessed zero extra sanitation practices. No one was disinfecting the door or any other surfaces. Zero stars would be too many. read more

Wasted 40 mins sitting in the car after using their 'mobile check-in service'. Since we are all impacted by Covid-19, I thought how nice that I can wait in the car. But after the check-in confirmation, I got no text or call. After 40 mins, I went inside to inquire. The receptionist with zero guilt says that they don't use that check-in over the weekend and it does not work. Then the last one also at the desk, but very nice and delightful. I just walked in, and apparently Saturday's are by appointment only. If that's the case, they should advertise that on the door. The girl with glasses at the front desk, had an unnecessary attitude. All I asked was if they were open on Monday because of the holiday, and she answered with the rudest tone ever--girl I didn't ask you. The one next to her confirmed (the one I did ask), and was really nice and polite about it. Great place to get your lab work done. Vanessa was the best. I'm usually a hard stick but she got my vein on the first try.

I was impressed on the he service I received. The check in was easy and the waiting time was exactly what they told me it would be. The Lab is clean and the employees were very pleasant. This place is a joke! I made an appointment for my grandfather on Monday august 24th at 9:45am. They did not provide a Spanish speaking employee for him, they didn't ask him if he had an appointment. They just assumed he was alone and just showed up without an appointment. They made my 73 year old grandfather wait for 2 hours in 90+ degree weather outside without offering a chair or some water. The staff there is incompetent, careless and have no respect for the elderly. I hope all their staff is retrained because from what I saw they were all negligent towards the patients read more

I have a (simply managed) thyroid issue and come here about 4 times a year for my doctor to make sure my levels stay perfect. I've always experienced a helpful attitude from the front desk and in the blood draw room. Who likes a jab? Maybe that's why they get horrible reviews. I've only had one less than spectacular blood draw in years (by a man I've never seen there since.) Kristella was my phlebotomist today and the blood draw was flawlessly pain-free. I went in for routine blood work. I scheduled an appointment online and received a link. On the day of the appointment I was able to easily park (around 1:30 on a Thursday). On the link I checked in and the instruction was to await a text (I waited in my car). I was texted within 3 minutes that I could wait in the office. All of the chairs were properly distanced, I was checked in by a friendly receptionist right away and was called for the bloodwork within 5 minutes of giving my name.
