I went in to get my urine analyzed and the girl up front had no personality and I told her I really had to go to the bathroom. I accumulated 1000 ml of urine. She actually let a person ahead of me. I told her my bladder is about to blow and she looked at me and took her time. I asked if There is another bathroom and she said you can use the mens. What I would have done is had me go first and then pissed in a cup before the other lady who did not mind. It took me two minutes. She did not have to verify anything I gave her my paper with insurance info. I will not refer my patients here at this Lab Corp. read more

Don't come here if you're in any kind of schedule. It took them 30 minutes to have my tests done with an appointment. The employees are curt and inefficient. The receptionist at the front desk didn't realize I had an appointment till I stood in line for the second time to ask why my paperwork hadn't been taken yet after 2 minutes. I did check off that I had an appointment and had the verification in hand when I walked in but she shooed me off when I wanted to ask her about the appointment. Then, when it was time to get my tests done, the phlebotomist walked off to talk to her colleague for a few minutes and then kept yelling over the partition while she was drawing my blood. read more

Got here at 8:30 a.m and 10:00 a.m and still haven't gotten call to even verify insurance. When I went and ask about wait time she couldn't even give me a time. Then 10 minute later the husband of 1 of the staff member came in and he didn't have to wait and he in and out what the fuck. Don't come to this place. read more

If yelp allowed no stars this place would get it. This place is horrible. The customer service is terrible. They currently have two staff members working the front counter and they both move slower than molasses. It should not take 3 hours to process someone for a urine sample and to draw blood. This should at max be a 30 min process. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Management really needs to come in here and retrain their staff and clean this place up. It is not efficient at all. I am going to contact my doctor and ask to be referred somewhere else for labs. There is no way I am coming back here the next six months. read more

Parking can be tough here but once i got in, the person drawing was funny, engaging and light hearted. Not too fancy but you're only there to get in and out so don't expect a lot of decor. They got the job done and engaged in a few laughs- god enough for me! read more

I had a kind and alert phlebotomist bright and early at 7:30 in the morning. The wait was not bad, and the actual blood draw was one of the least painful I've had. The staff was very fast at inputting the orders, and no one was rude or had a too-busy attitude. I'm not sure why the reviews are so poor, when my experience was 5/5. Despite some of the bad reviews, my experience today was not at all a bad one. Let me just add that I was a walk-in on a weekday morning and the facility was not crowded, so I can't speak for levels of service on crowd-filled weekends. The receptionist was very pleasant and took my information right away. I was give the cup for my urine sample immediately. The wait was short to use the restroom. There was only one men's and one women's restroom. After turning in my sample, I had my blood drawn. The lady I got was very friendly and efficient. The facility was spacious and clean. It's located on the corner of South Dt and Downey Ave on the other side of the street from WinCo and in front of the Lakewood Medical facility. The LabCorp signage is hard to see from the street, but it is on the door. Overall, my experience was a good one. read more

Took my baby for some blood work and he got poked so many times because they couldn't find a vein to draw blood from. They kept moving the needle around, in and out. Didnt even bother to check the other arm for a more visible vein. read more

Wait is forever. No soap, toilet paper and paper towels out of dispensers. After all that body fluid sampling, NO SOAP?! Seriously?!

This place consistently has extremely long wait times. Now they're too lazy to even check you in and just have kiosks that they tell the elderly to go use, the restrooms are consistently gross, this place sucks, but is so busy it doesn't make sense. Hire some people and get the wait times down and clean the place up ffs. read more

0 stars is more accurate. They keep telling us 20 more minutes which resulted to approximately 3 hours. My little brother hasn't eaten a thing and it's almost 1pm. They always treat my kids extremely well and the check-in and wait is bearable at the hours I've been here.

This facility has improved a lot, service wise. The wait for no appointment lab work was less than an hour. The waiting room is not as packed as it used to. They have 4 Lab Techs that work fast and efficient. The receptionists are more organized and friendly. Parking still sucks tho. read more

Front staff are pretty rude. I was standing behind the line like the sign says. I was waiting for someone to say they can assist me; however, multiple staff looked at me then proceeded talking to each other or just looked away. I finally decided to go to the counter and then they were rushing me and gave me attitude when discussing what i needed to be done. read more

First time here and last time here I would not recommend this place first the two girls in the front one was a mexican and the other was black. I would give this lab a minus 5 stars if I could. I checked in 9:24am, there were lots of patients waiting, the receptionist Vilma told me to wait for her call, in order not to miss the call, I didn't sit down on the chair, I stood near the counter, I never heard my name called, but I started seeing patients called in who came in after me, after 65 minutes waiting, I approached the counter,one other receptionist asked if they called me, I said no, she said then just wait, after 20 more minutes, I felt it was extremely not right, I checked with Vilma again, she said it will be you next, I waited for another 10 minutes, after they called a few more patients, I asked again,finally found that they crossed my name two pages ago. The end of the story was, it took me totally 100 stupid minutes waiting for a 30 seconds blood drawn!! They said I didn't answer the call, but I actually approached the counter 3 times to check if I missed the call? Did they need my lab order? Non of those stupid receptionists by the counter was bothered to check if they missed my name, they just kept telling me to wait longer and longer. This has been my worstest lab experience!!!!! read more

Not all of the employees here are awful, but some of the female workers here are the worst. Had to take my daughter in to get blood drawn. She was only a year old. We had to hold her down and the lab technician was struggling to find a vein and asked for assistance to hold my daughter down. Then two females did, and my daughter was screaming. I was very upset by this, obviously, as I had never in her one year of life heard her shriek like that. It was traumatizing for my daughter, me, and for the tech drawing her blood. He looked exasperated. Once the tech was done, one of the women whispered something and the other woman started LAUGHING. It was incredibly unprofessional, and probably a joke at the patients expense. And a one year old to boot. I should've said something, but the experience left me drained. They really should be fired or reprimanded, it is not right. I'm forced to come to this lab out of convenience, as are most of their patients. I wouldn't be going back otherwise. read more

My mother went here to leave a sample as she has a really bad bladder infection. When she explained this to the person at the front counter insisted on her filling out all of the paperwork before she relinquished the specimen cup. Again my mother has a bad bladder infection and when she needs to go she needs to go. This was lost on the person handling the situation. Needless to say my mother had an accident there, which was quite embarrassing for her. I haven't seen customer service this bad since the last time I was in a Walmart. Utterly Ridiculous! read more

The front desk workers are loud and rude with attitudes. The area where they draw your blood has no privacy. Plus I see a listing of the previous patients names on the computer right in front of me. If I can give 0 star I WOULD! BEWARE, this place is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I always go to Quest Diagnostic and every time I was there, I have nothing bad to say when I walked out that door. However, this was my first time at LabCorp because my doctor only gave me a requisition to this darn place. I came in to get a simple titer done and this guy with his hair slicked back, came out of the "Employees Only"room then stretched and yawn. Later, he walked over to the front desk and call my name to get my titer drawn. This guy was a joke, I don't even know if he's a certified phlebotomist. He didn't even wear a lab coat with a name tag. A day later, I got a bruise from that same puncture site that he drawn the titer on. My dermatologist recommended I come to LabCorp to take my monthly pee tests because I'm on an acne medicine and CANNOT get pregnant on it. LabCorp is closer to me than her office, so she was trying to make it easier on me. However, every time I go to LabCorp, I feel belittled by the people at the front desk. They treat me like I'm a waste of time to talk to and they make it seem like such a hassle to hand me a cup to pee in. I promise you... I will never go back there. The wait in this place is ridiculous. 2 phlebotomists with a room full of over 40 people and one of them didn't show up for work. So even if you got there before opening you had a 2 hour wait. They could care less about reviews because they know your stuck with them if insurance dictates. read more

This place is super dirty. The arm rests on the chair had blood droppings from previous patients. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. Very unsanitary. Potentially hazardous due to possibly coming in contact with other's blood. read more
