I went on the labcorp website to book an appointment and it allowed me to book an appointment for today at 10:15am. Here I go with this really heavy rain driving 35 minutes to it just to find out it's closed. Worst experience ever!! UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION OR SIMPLY DONT HAVE A SLOT OPEN. NOT EVERY PLACE IS CLOSED!

Needed to find a new LabCorp close to my new job. This one might not be in the greatest area, but take the elevator up and you will check in with your photo ID place it upside down in the tray and fill out the necessary required information. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I saw them working with quiet efficiency, treating patience with care. They assisted them with the check-in as needed and gave them information and helpful manner. They speak Spanish as well. I have never had such an efficient blood draw personally even though I have good veins I am really thankful to have found a good location for my needs .

Got my blood tested here and got my result in the app within 2-3 days. Everything was good except I needed more vitamin D and my sugar level was too high... guess I gotta lay off the junk food. The app: please download the app. I will remind you of your appointments and has a checkin feature to make signing in much easier. Customer service: I forgot I had my lab report in my wallet so I could bring to lab so they know what to test me for; however, the lab tech lady in front was very helpful and told me to get my doctor to fax her information. Parking: don't even bother.

After three days. Still pain and slight swelling.

I left 6/9 with a blown out vein and pain, leading to ongoing soreness and terrible bruising. No patent support. No human to get in touch with.

It was quick and painless. There's parking in the rear and my weight was less than 2 minutes. My appointment was at 8:45. A.m..

I had to fill 8 bottles and the phlebotomist did a great job - it was painless.

So much has changed since the last time I had to go to a Lab Quest…read more Appointments can now be made completely online. If you don't already have a Quest account, I recommend creating one. You can select your appointment, enter your insurance and ID information ahead of time, which saves time and can help avoid potential billing issues. Based on my observations, if you want a morning appointment, you're probably looking at booking about two days out (most Lab Quest are closed on the weekends). Once you arrive, there's no traditional registration desk. You check in using one of the two available kiosks. You can search for your appointment directly, or have your email confirmation ready and scan the QR code. Once that's done, you're checked in! You can also see the queue on the TV screen, which is nice because you know where you are in line. Parking is probably the biggest downside. They do not validate parking. You can try to find street parking, but it's limited and costs $1.50/hour max. Your other option is the parking structure, which is $2 per 15 minutes or $10 daily max. I had a 9am appointment and checked in at 8:40am. I was completely done and out by 9:05am. Overall, a positive experience. The check-in process is quick and easy, and the whole visit was surprisingly efficient. My only complaint is the parking situation - it's definitely a roll of the dice, especially if you're trying to find street parking. Very lucky, it wasn't a hectic Friday morning when I went.
