EVER…read more Made a 7:30am appointment on their website weeks ago... got text message confirmation... ...arrived on time, ready to pee into a cup, but no one was there! 7:30am passes... 7:40am passes... still lights off; nobody's home! Even gave them a few courtesy minutes, until a lady from a neighboring office walked by and told me that they haven't been open for around a month and that she's seen people waiting there every day for nothing. WHAT THE? So I call their office number and ONLY THEN is there a message that they're temporarily closed. WHY NO SIGN ON THE DOOR? WHY DID THEIR SYSTEM MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PLACE THAT'S CLOSED? WHY DID THEIR SYSTEM EVEN ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN FOR THE APPOINTMENT IF THEY'RE CLOSED? WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL INSTEAD OF THEM CALLING OR SENDING ME A MESSAGE KNOWING I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET?
