I have had the unfortunate experience of being drug-tested a few times in my life (not many), and…read morethe people who do the collections are always a bit brusque and rough around the edges in their demeanor. The woman here, however, with the brownish-gray hair, is hands-down the rudest and bossiest person I have ever met. She seems to be under the erroneous impression that every person being tested is some kind of inmate or parolee and she is a corrections officer, and this is simply not the case. For something that *should* be somewhat of a clinical experience, this was very demeaning. I highly recommend employers look elsewhere to have their testing means met. As for the office experience, they need to be more knowledgeable at the outset. For example, they need to make people aware that using an employee ID is acceptable in lieu of a social security number. The go-to should not be that refusal to provide your social security number is a refusal to test. This was something I was able to do, but not before a fellow employee suggested it instead of the person working at this facility. When I was about to test and was putting my things into my locker, I received a text from my supervisor. As I was about to check the text, the same brownish-gray haired woman very nearly took my phone from my hands because "she was in an active collection". I simply dropped my phone back into the bucket inside of the locker, instead. This was also after being told we had to try to collect immediately after I informed her that I didn't feel a need to urinate yet. Then, to top it all off, after the collection was over and she had locked my belongings in the locker herself, she tried to tell me that she had given me the key to the locker, and argued with me when I told her she had not. Instead of being secured, the key was simply left on top of the locker cabinet. No apology, no admission of having done this incorrectly. She just casually grabbed the key and asked, "is this it"? As if I had been the one to leave the key there when she had been the one who locked it. I don't know what you're going through, lady, but it is no excuse to treat people this way. Of all the times I have been drug tested, which admittedly I could likely count on one hand, this was the absolute worst drug-testing experience I've ever had. The lack of professionalism, the extremely rude and bossy demeanor (even being ordered to take a seat, which has nothing to do with collection protocol, rather than asked, to fill out their paperwork) ... I felt like an inmate, though I've never even been arrested (and have no history of substance abuse - I don't even drink). And, honestly, it makes me wonder if I even want to continue working for an employer who would put their employees through this experience. Please take your testing business elsewhere. At a minimum, this woman needs to go, or this place deserves to be shut down. Being tested does not mean you don't deserve to be treated with some basic human decency and respect, even if you ARE a parolee or whatever.

They never answer their phone to get your results!!! Been trying for about 3 hours now. Website…read moresays they're open
