Had an appointment. Waited 30 minutes after appointment time! Usually taken at appointment time. Not today! Very unorganized.

I visited Labcorp this morning for routine bloodwork. I arrived at 9:30. Labcorp participates with, and is in Network with my insurance. This was not my first visit and I have always enjoyed the quality of care and the friendliness of the staff. It is easy to register upon arriving (just make sure you have your ID card and Insurance card). The process to register at the kiosk is simple and self-explanatory. My name was called and I was seated in a private room within 20 minutes. The whole process from start to finish (arrival to departure) took 30 minutes. I had no appointment and I was pleased with how little time this visit took. I will definitely return to Labcorp Newtown as long as they participate and are in network with my insurance carrier. read more

Never ever had a long wait time. Technicians are professional, friendly and know what they are doing. Needles don't hurt...could not believe that I barely felt a thing with my blood test!! I scheduled an appointment time on line on their web page today for 11:15 but decided to do a walk-in at 8:10. Once I arrived, I logged my name into the iPad and was taken within 2 minutes of my sign in time. Fast, thorough, and easy as could be. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Just scratching my head over one thing...I just don't understand why there are no windows in this place and only one way in and out. If ever a fire or door blocked they are totally stuck...that part scares me. read more

I came for H pylori breath test 6/23/2023. One nurse started the test, I drank urea and waited 15 minutes. I alarmed another nurse that it is time for collection while the blonde hair nurse was passing my exam room. She was wearing gloves and holding blood tubes from another patient. She didn't removed dirty gloves and she open bag and standing two feet away. I barely put half mouthpiece in my mouth!!!!! The blonde hair nurse should be fire immediately!!!! My test will be inconclusive and I could be infected with something from other patient bc nurse didn't remove contaminated gloves! This will be further investigated! Slow staff. Waited 1 hour. Not friendly, moves slowly, waiting room was packed with 20 people and not moving at all. Finally left

LabCorp of America is located in the back of 11 Friends Lane in the Newtown Business Commons. It is hard to find unless you know where to look. Keystone Personal Choice health insurance contracts with this company to provide laboratory services for their approved doctors. We went there as part of the medical examination necessary for the USCIS Green Card interview. Registration takes a bit of time, and there is but one employee handling both administrative and technical work. So, only one person is attended to at a time. If you're first in line, that is fine. If farther back, bring something to read or your headphones for Pandora. We were the only ones there at 2:00 pm, but it still took nearly 30 minutes to have blood drawn and give urine samples. $9 copay was better than expected. The space is clean and well lit. The white coat did her job well, finding rich red blood on first stick with the fine needle. It was interesting to watch how the computer program measured the amount of blood needed, eliminating the guesswork. If the results reach the civil surgeon on time for us to pick up and bring to USCIS in Philly on Tuesday, it will be time well spent. read more

Had an appt. 2/17/22 at 12:45pm. When I arrived at 12:45pm exactly, I checked in myself and sat down. No one was at the desks. After 10 minutes, I got up and looked in at the desk area again and again no one was there. Another 5 mintues and finally a employee showed up and called my name. It was now 1pm. I mentioned that I got concerned because I was out there for quite a while and her response was, well we were very busy in the back. I realize that they may have other responsibilies but do both of the employees need to be away from the desks? If someone needed help checking in, no one was available.
