The staff did a good job checking me in and I appreciated their professional tone and demeanor. The waiting room was pretty comfortable, though the TV volume and show they had on was a little on the irritating side. After a short time, maybe 15 minutes, I was taken in by a nurse who did a quick check in and covered all the basics. She left and the doctor came in like 5 minutes after that. He checked my hand out in no time. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and with the quality of care I received. It's all too common these days that doctor's offices and urgent cares have you sitting around for long stretches of times, so quick attention is always a huge plus. I have to say, this urgent care did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs medical care in a pinch.

Only my hand and finger was xrayed. I asked them to do my back because it was so painful, I was told that it's very hard to break your back, and no. O also don't like that they don't reveal your copay, you just get a bill in the future for an undetermined amount. Will not be returning to this urgent care.

Everyone from the front staff to the Doctor was extremely compassionate and gentle with him. It' the kind of genuine concern and love that you would want for your pet. The Dr took x-rays & gave a Dx and options but ultimately the decision is yours. There is no pressure either way especially at such a difficult time. The center is spotless and comfortable. My only suggestion is adding a soft comfortable bed for the pets to lay on rather than a cold floor, especially at the end of life. I will never hesitate to return here for any future health concerns that we have with our other pet. Thank you to everyone at this center for all the love & compassion.

However, if your pet is on thyroid medication, the staff does a poor job of reminding you that you have to be at the vet within a very tight window of four to six hours after the pet has taken their medication. If your pet is outside that window, they will make you wait or turn you away. This happened to me this morning.

How did you bring that down?" And this was a question I asked because I'd like to remember that if it happened again.... the doctor said, "don't worry about that number." I'm in the ER thinking I'm dying and I'm just supposed to accept a sudden turn of a medical condition. Then they said, "we found nothing" and "I should check with my primary care doctor (which I didn't have at the time)".... So after the visit, I try to make appointments with doctors covered by my insurance in the area... one told me next appointment was in 2 months, another was 4 weeks... one mocked me because I was really upset and crying about this (as I was terrified because I thought I was dying)... basically, no one cared. The hospital didn't seem to. Their answer was "the doctor did everything right" because apparently malpractice was more important than what the actual condition could be or was. They wouldn't bring it to a cardiologist despite acknowledging a problem with the heart... they just figured "it's fine. Go home" I didn't need to be admitted but I wanted some answers... and they had no interest in giving me any. Either they didn't know or were more interested in shielding themselves from a lawsuit which I had no interest in filing. I literally wanted to know because my mom nearly died from something similar... but apparently, that's not important to anyone but me. Only reason I got some answers from other people were that the patient portal they have gave me all the lab results and test results, so I sent that to a family member who's an RN. I didn't even get to sign discharge papers... they just put an X there as if I signed them.

My complaints and concerns were ignored. Fast-forward to July '23. I've consulted a Jefferson affilliated Dr. and was told this could remedied at least in part by taking a Q10 supplement. I haven't taken it yet, waiting on Drs. office to see if ins will cover. That is more attention that I received in the 9-10 months that I've received going to the Trinity office in Langhorne. Meanwhile, I've lost all the muscle mass and definitionin my arms and legs as a result. Don't trust these doctors with your life. Don't be fooled. That white coat they wear used to have a meat-packing logo on it!

My wife had major mental status changes yet the doctor asked 5 questions of her and just ignored the problem despite me clearly explaining that something was. very wrong with my wife of 50 years. I called the office when I didn't hear from them regarding her blood work and was told several days after the blood work was done to "be patient", I never heard from them and once I called again I was told I was supposed to look at the patient portal. There are more examples but this note is already too long. Go elsewhere for medical care!
