This is a really good PIC location…read more I used to go to the one on State Street in Chicago when I still lived there, so I'm already in their system, which made visiting a bit easier. I had to stop by today with a very painful cyst that I was afraid was infected. The PA I saw actually performed a minor procedure and removed the cyst, which was both gross and pretty cool/interesting. While I was trying to leave I was having trouble with the double doors. One of the employees sees this, but she is too busy exchanging information and flirting with a patient who was also leaving. The two ladies at the front desk were in shock at how blind she was and they decided to nicely speak up for me. Instead of the employee in the doors helping me, she simply steps to the side and finishes her conversation with the patient. I get out of the doors and I see her hug the patient. This was very rude and unprofessional to see and definitely not how I wanted our visit to end.
