I had an appt @ 9am for a full panel(fasting) plus urine specimen(I brought). Arrived and nobody was there, the sign said they were closed. More ppl kept coming in, that had appts, and I was disappointed that nobody had called to cancel the appt, or that there me and others were left to fend on their own to get this lab work done(I had appt with my Dr. to go over those results, giving the lab time to have results), along with other results about my knee. I know with appt, they knew my address and phone number, why wasn't I called, so I could find another place in time. If you weren't already stressed, I was then and now. You go to another lab, and your asked to come bk @ 4pm "drink enough water, so you can do your urine test, again", we'll I have work @ 4:45pm...this won't work. It's so disorganized. Made an appointment several weeks ago & it scheduled me for an office in Monterey CA ‍ not sure what the purpose of me putting my 92260 ZIP Code in the system if it just matched me with a store that was hours away. Needless to say that appointment didn't happen so that was a waste of my time and day. Made a new appointment several weeks out because there was nothing else available. Got a confirmation text yesterday about my appointment still being good for today. Just showed up to the Walgreens location and they're closed with just a sign on the door with a different address to go to in the meantime. Absolutely unacceptable! Whether it's something going on with your scheduling system or being understaffed and having to close it's no excuse to not inform people that their appointments have been canceled. Once again my day and time has been wasted and now I have to make another appointment to get my blood work done. Do better LabCorp!! read more

I verified hours on their website which showed regular hours open today, Feb.20,2026, because this has happened before. I arrived and no one was there. A sign said they were closed. More people kept coming in, that had appointments, and they were not notified the site was closed. This is the only lab I can use because I need one in the neighborhood. read more

They were great ladies working!! Was running late due to being stuck in a car accident traffic on the freeway. Called to let them know I was running late! Took me and got me in out extremely fast! Amazing ladies! read more

They expect you to make your presence known by filling out several forms on a kiosk. The process is terrible. I was dropping off lab specimen for my wife and didn't have her insurance card which made it impossible. They don't have anyone to ask for help. Another person waiting told me you can knock on an unmarked door and someone may answer. I tried that and a woman said follow the directions on the kiosk. That didn't work so I knocked on the door again and a guy came out to help. He was very upset with me for bothering him, but got the information into the kiosk and took my sample. No receipt, no prediction of how long it will take. Four days later and no communication for an urgent medical problem. Terrible attitude and terrible customer service Just called and was told it will take 7-10 days. Stupid slow. Eisenhower does the same test in 2 days read more

They seem to be the only choice for blood draws and labs in the Valley. Self check in and very slow service. They seem to only be able to handle 3 patients an hour. Totally unacceptable. read more

everytime I go In i am very satisfied. if i forgot to make an appointment i still don't find my self waiting for a long time maybe 10-15 min. which is pretty standard even if i had an appointment and the drs and amazing. i never leave sore :) read more

Stay away from this location. If you want your labs done right and complete, this isn't the place. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was a total screwup. He didn't even draw the whole order, so now I have to go to another location for them to finish what he started. This same guy did this to me once before at their location on Hwy 111 in Palm Desert. I had to make two additional trips and get stuck two more times for him to get it right. Until they get rid of this guy, I'll never go back to this location again. read more

Seriously Labcorp, get it together, please care about people's time more, it will make customers more happy and your staff more happy, please have a sense of urgency, please staff better, please communicate better to everyone waiting on their free time which we have so little of today. read more

What a quick and painless experience! Had to have labs done, and had never been here before. Contactless sign-in was quick and easy. I was called within a couple of minutes of my appt time, and was led to a clean station. My tech was pleasant, professional and put me at ease. His needle stick was quick and completely painless! I will definitely come here in the future for any labs. read more

This place is horrible they take forever to call you then when they do call you they say to sit there and wait and take your name off the check in board then completely forgot that you were supposed to be next especially while being 7 months pregnant haven't ate also waiting to go pee and they call every single other person that hasn't been waiting nearly as long as me worst lab corb experience ever and there so rude with the worst attitudes read more

Friendly and efficient staff. They're knowledgeable and good at what they do. Definitely recommend this location.

Says they will text you when they are ready for you, but they will not. Long wait for walk-ins, I had to wait 30 min, and no seating area. So to not miss your turn you have to stand near their door and not go anywhere. Also right now the Walgreens restrooms are unavailable, I guess it's temporary but I still don't see how that's acceptable. read more

Omg this place is ridiculous. Waited over an hour to get seen, just to pee in a freakin cup! ON TOP OF THAT they wait till they have to go to lunch to take me and my registration number Just Expired! So I call and they fix it in literally 3 seconds and they have me WAIT AN ENTIRE EXTRA HOUR AGAIN? Never would recommend this location. read more

Carlos was very nice and understanding he was able to handle not only a large crowd but keep a smile on his face while he did it. He took my blood faster than I've ever had it done with little to no pain. I am very thankful to have him do my blood work. Overall the office was small but very clean there was a bit of a wait but only because Carlos was working alone. I would highly recommend anyone coming to get their lab work done by Carlos read more
