There was a wait but it was not as long this time as I scheduled it for a time later in the day because I thought it may be better. But when I have to fast, it's hard to wait til later. Absolutely the worst. I made an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Waited. Waited. Waited. At 10 AM, a woman with asked about her appointed time - which was 9 AM. She was told there were 3 people still ahead of her. About 20 minutes later, I asked about my appointment which was already 1/2 hour late. I was not given a coherent answer. I told her that we were all paying for parking while they were fiddling around. I was finally got my text message that they were ready. But they weren't. It was already well over an hour after my appointment. I left. I paid way too much for parking too. The medical providers in the area need to put pressure on this company to do better. read more

I waited 45 minutes after my confirmed scheduled appointment to have one ill mannered carper ask (with an ugly sneer) where my blood work order was. I asked them why they confirmed my appointment if they did not have the paperwork already. After all, that is what confirmed means. I came in for an employee drug screen without an appointment. They currently have drug screen testing 1030am to 2pm. I was told on the phone that you just check in by 1:30pm for the employee drug screen and that they close at 3pm. Parking was a little difficult to find. They do have a parking lot but it's only free for 15 minutes and then you need to pay. I was lucky and was able to find a free two hour parking spot on the street. The worker in the front stated when I first got up to the counter that there was only one person ahead of me. I came around 1130am and waited for about 40 minutes before I was called. She gives you 4 minutes to produce a sample and there is a locked box for your items (phone, purse,etc). The process took about 7 minutes max. It was more so just the paperwork that needed to be filled out, probably them cleaning the bathroom, and giving people the 10 minutes of additional wait time if needed to drink water if they can't pee. read more

If walk in drug screens are only offered after 9:00AM, please post that information on your website! I got here at 6:00 and waited so I wouldn't have to wait 2+ hours later, only to be told that walk in drug screens start at 9am. The front desk worker was unapologetic and unhelpful. Good job! Expect to spend a whole day for doing employment drug screening. First of all they have set hours for drug screening from 7:30-11 . You better go there before 9 because I arrived at 9 and they put a sign that no more drug screening for the day. Luckily i was able to check in and i was called to provide papers 20 minutes later and i was told that i will be called shortly. It os 11:45 and i am still waiting. read more

I didn't have an appointment so I checked in and expected to wait awhile. But luckily the office was kinda empty so I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes! But after just having my blood taken by Arlene I feel like I won at life Arlene helped me from start to finish. Check in was smooth. I needed to send over my lab order which was done with ease. And the blood work itself felt like nothing. It all had to do with Arlene (I hope I'm spelling your name right). Her energy is so on point for a job that really isn't that easy. Think about it? On your feet all day, dealing with the public, compounded with the act of taking the blood itself, that's a grind. This office closes randomly without notice. Phone calls go unanswered. When they are open, they'll hit you with the "no walk in's today" note on the door. Employees seem uncaring. Unless you have an appointment (which you'll need to secure well in advance), another location or lab altogether would be a better bet and use of your time. read more

Pathetic Operations - Short staff. Management needs to be on site. Workers dont know how to manage large groups of patients. No order. No fuX giving. I had an appointment today in the afternoon. I came 30 minutes early and the door was locked. Tried calling and nobody picked up. Finally saw a sign on the wall, to the right side of the door, that was too high to see right away, and it said they closed at 12 today and regular office hours will resume on 3/31. I needed bloodwork done for my doctor's office and scheduled an appointment online for this location. Upon arrival, I wasn't sure where the office was since the door was wide open with a print out on the door with the LabCorp logo but underneath it was a sign that said 'EXIT'. I walked passed the door to see if there was another entrance but ended up walking back and another waiting client was there to let me know that I needed to go inside to check-in. Talk about confusing for a first timer at this location.. I walked in to an empty front desk, busy waiting room, and three check-in kiosks (one of them being out of order). I was able to check-in quickly with the kiosk and went outside to wait in the hall until called. It took about 25 minutes to be called (even though I had an appointment) and did a urine test then had to wait for another 25 minutes to be called back for my blood draw. Overall quick and easy process but this location's customer service needs some MAJOR improvements. The front desk person wasn't friendly, very quick with clients, and doesn't communicate well with instructions; not only for me but for what I've overheard with others as well. Restroom needs some improvements as well - mostly for cleanliness and refilling the hand soap. If you're looking into getting any lab work done at this location, be sure to make an appointment online. I had to wait almost an hour total WITH an appointment. It's fresh and clean and new. Digital kiosks let you sign in and lots of chairs available to Waite. But it was quick even at 9:15 on a Thursday. The phlebotomist did a great job, quick and painless draw. And the parking attendant was helpful getting out of the garage. read more

I don't make posts like this unless I see clear harmful behavior by businesses. Horrible customer care experience. Best avoided. I am back for a second day trying to get my employment urine test done- waiting from 7:20 am. Staff tried to shame me for waiting more than five hours (!) in front of other patients waiting their turn. This clinic is fully booked for a week and no appointments available if you need a screening done in a week. I had no other choice than to do standby. Yesterday I arrived at 8:15 am --there were 10 standbys ahead of me --and I was still #4 at 11:15 am. Waiting in the windowless basement level room witg at least twi dozen other patients made me feel dizzy and nauseous so I had to leave after three hours. That was not easy. The clinic doesn't train staff that anything more than 30 minutes of wait is painful for many. To shame patients for not being able to physically and mentally withstand a five hour wait is unconscionable. read more

I've been here a few times with my mom whenever she had to get bloodwork done. Her PCP is right across the street on Fair Oaks and it cant be any more convenient than this. Even when they had many awaiting patients before the pandemic, we never had to wait long. We were always out within 15 minutes or less! Staff is mostly friendly and professional. This facility is only accessible via the parking structure and its not free. But like I said earlier, if you leave within 15 minutes, it IS free. Theres no validation or whatsoever. I never paid for parking when I came here so it worked out perfectly fine! With Covid19, they prefer that you make an appointment online but they are still taking walk-ins as well. read more

I went to this location for a routine bloodwork draw for my scheduled cardiologist appointment. I had to reschedule that appointment because of the incompetence of this location. They say they have no record of me having blood drawn although they do have a record of my scheduled visit. I also paid $8 for parking. Utter lack of order and professionalism demonstrated by this level of incompetence. A total fail, go to another location or even another provider like Quest Diagnostics, but do yourself a favor and avoid this"S**T show. I had a very positive experience at the Labcorp at 50 Alessandro St in Pasadena. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and I arrived 15 minutes early as recommended. My check in was extremely easy and user friendly at the kiosks. My name was called by the receptionist within 5 minutes to request my lab paperwork and I was then called into the room for my blood draw. The phlebotomist was friendly, asked how I was feeling and confirmed my birthdate and doctor. She did a great job at the blood draw. I didn't even feel the prick. She was quick, professional and had no trouble locating a viable vein. I was done with everything within 5 minutes! I was very nervous prior to going in because of my lengthy medical history and I have had many blood draws. This location is a bit of a mess, I would suggest going to another location like the Walgreens Labcorp location in Pasadena. Getting an appointment here is almost impossible and then once you do have an appointment the customer service is terrible. The two front desk office employees were very rude. She would not allow people to stay inside the waiting room because she said the walls were wet with paint. However the walls were not wet with paint. Although nobody was leaning on the walls inside the office she wouldn't allow us to stand inside to wait for our appointment. So it creates a large mess outside with people waiting in the hallways on the floor which is not really safe if an emergency were to happen. The whole time she was just gossiping with her coworker about a party and it seems like she just wanted privacy to talk which is why she kept kicking customers out. And when she does help customers it's clear that she hates helping or answering questions. The 2/3 check in machines were broken and she did nothing when told about it. Eventually more clients came in and she finally decided to fix another machine to help people check in. Will not be coming here again. read more

Honestly, do not come here. I have turned in TWO stool samples and they are saying that i never turned anything into the lab. I have been having GI issues for months and have dropped off my poop on two separate occasions because the first time they threw it out. So second time I thought "oh this can't happen again." Only for lab to say I never dropped anything off. I literally checked in with my ID and insurance card. They are clearly way understaffed but just go to quest diagnostics. Because of them I have waited MONTHS to figure out what is going on with my health. read more

I had to take my 6 year old in for some blood work. Came in and realized we had to pay for parking since it is part of a medical structure. $1.50 for each half hour. We parked, rushed in since it was 30 mins before closing time. The kiosk was super quick if you have the doctor's lab order on hand. Just scan the barcode on top and it will automatically put you in queue. They were not busy at all and we were called immediately. She had prepped a pediatric needle, I sat him on my lap. He got stickers and they found his vein immediately. No tears. Overall, in and out of that parking structure within 15 mins, paid $0.75 at the parking machine. read more

Normally, with an appointment the wait time is pretty decent, and for the most part staff is friendly. Tech staff is usually very friendly, receptionists not so much. This is my biggest complaint, twice already, I and my mother have had appointments set. The day before, I get a text from Labcorp asking me to confirm the appointments. Done. Get there and the lab is closed! It's no easy task getting my 90-year old mother to these appointment. I find it impossible to believe that if they can send a global text to confirm, they can't send a text to let you know the lab location is closed. Instead, I get one confirming. It's extremely inefficient, rude and thoughtless. I feel for elderly patients, who rely on public transportation or ride shares. They show up only to find the lab closed. No empathy whatsoever from what is supposed to be a health care provider. That is is something they need to remedy immediately. The second time I tried to call to confirm they were open, but you cannot talk to a person. It's all automated. They ask that you leave a message and your number for a call back - well that didn't happen. So for the second time, we show up on a rainy day and they are closed. Infuriating. read more
